Outstanding customer service
The Car Tablet is a easy to use, easy to install, exceptional piece of equipment. Even better is the amazing customer service I encountered. Having had an issue with the mounting suction cup the guys couldn't have been more helpful. A short video to show the issue and they were on it immediately, replacement part in the post no quibbles, no stress. Excellent customer service just when I needed it the most.

Great little bit of kit
Great little bit of kit, my car is quite old and the car tablet brings it right upto date. Also as a built in camera, I recommend this car tablet for everyone.

Love the tablet but had a hiccup
Love the tablet but had problems with the backup camera. After emails back and forth for a while, it was determined that the tablet was flawed so they quickly sent me another one. Love having this in my 40 year old Volkswagen.

This works great
This works great, it was easy to set up and synced right up with my stock truck stereo system thats very limited.
This just CarTablet brought my truck up to modern day tech level and my iPhone works very good with.

Modernized 2007 Jeep JK 4DR!
Jeep 2007 JK install was Great!
Got the Car tablet Promax for a 2007 Jeep Wrangler JK 4DR - my stock radio is pre-Bluetooth. I had been using a cheap Bluetooth adapter to my iPhone but was getting frustrated by driving other cars that had full screen. This CarTablet solved the problem instantly. For the money, it's perfect for what I needed. Good Map screens, good airplay screen and icons. Dashcam is a bonus. I had an old memory card that fit right in. Kicking myself for not getting the rear camera - looks like an easy hookup if it has enough wire? Just ordered the rearview camera to add on!

10 stars! I love this. I drive an older vehicle and the CarTablet is a life saver! Super easy to get set up. Takes a few minutes and it's good to go. Customer service is fantastic as well. Definitely recommend.

Excellent Customer Support
The Car Tablet Pro Max is an excellent addition to my cars. I used it in my 1975 MGB GT and it is currently in my Volvo V50.
On the 2 occasions I have dealt with customer service, their response has been very quick and efficient in handling my enquiries.

CUSTOMER SERVICE NIGHTMARE!
I ordered this item last night and I am now trying to cancel it and get a refund. I have sent NUMEROUS EMAILS and only got a couple responses before they finally stopped responding. The item HAS NOT SHIPPED YET even though I got told the first time it did. I have the proof it hasn’t shipped yet. All I want is for them to cancel it and I can’t get them to do that. I sent a dispute to my bank to see if they can just cancel the purchase themselves. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! IT IS A CLEAR SCAM! ORDER NUMBER: #9111789
UPDATE: Was able to get my order cancelled and refunded in full. You really have to bother them about it though for it to happen. I hate that I had to be as annoying as I had to be, but hey… I got my money back. Never doing business with these guys again. If you really want a good CarPlay system or even a decent dash cam, just go to any Best Buy or auto parts store, or order one on Amazon even. At least any of these options you get to cancel it right away and not have to deal with the most inept customer service I’ve ever dealt with.

Dashboard bracket for Prius
I purchased the unit for my Prius which has a bit of a brow on the dashboard which makes placement a little wonky. Later, I was seeing on their advertisement a bracket to attach the unit via the CD opening (for some reason, I missed this previously). I sent emails to the wrong address (my bad), but then got ahold of Maibel, who immediately sent me the bracket, I received my bracket, I installed the bracket and life is great!!!

I will admit I was very leery about this product and how it popped up on my Instagram feed. It seemed too good to be true, as well as not knowing anything about the company. I was a bit skeptical with a bunch of…
I was a bit skeptical with a bunch of the social media posts and so forth, but I decided to take a chance, after all I was tired of having to use my phone for GPS. Not a big deal until I wanted to flip to Spotify to change the song. Since I did not want to ton of money on a new head unit, I decided to give the CarTablet a try. With anticipation over I tried it out! It worked but, there was a small problem. There was a weird buzz through audio when music was played. "Not cool" I said to customer support. Well they worked with me and we tried things, and even sent me a replacement! The replacement worked great and I decided to compare settings and I found a difference. I changed it and the buzz went away! I shared my findings with customer service and they were pleased I was able to pin it down. As I asked for an RMA to return the replacement, I thought I might as well buy this since I have another car it would be good for. They gifted it to me for doing the testing and sending my results! How about that for customer service!
And they work great! They do everything advertised, and then some. I have been pleased with the support around it from the company.

Unit is well made and screen resolution good. Finally got car Bluetooth working with it although not straightforward. Can't work out how to get maps convert to night running. Also, how to replay camera footage when needed. Booklet is very brief
