SCAM

They use Matadortrans on Shiply to search for victims, and reffer people to Freight Trade, while making excuses like "our car broke down, try freighttrade".

I was contacted by Freighttrade on Whattsapp, telling me we communicated on Shiply, despite no such communication taking place.

I showed them a screen shot of all of my Shiply chats, and asked where they see Freighttrade. They did not answer.

Later on they said if I have a valid request, to send it by email.

We agreed on a price of 2380 Euro for pickup 16.04-26 of a car in Italy. Transport to Norway.

After many excuses the driver did not show up on Thursday or Friday, so the paperwork is now wasted, and the car is still there. They did not provide a valid excuse, and simply said "I will call the driver and check" and never got back.

I did not recieve contact information about the driver, nor the vehicel he was driving. So there was no driver ever coming.

Writing this to protect other people from this scampony.

Their name is FREDIGHT TRADE, not Ocean freight trade.

Trustpilot please change this.

EDIT: I managed to get most of the money back, minus banking/currencyconversion fees.

Doesnt change the fact that theyre scammers .

EDIT 2: They changed their nane on Trustpilot to «Getcargorate», and then complained to Trustpilot that I reviewed the wrong company.

Lol!

The website is still the same, it is still the same scam company.

THIS IS A SCAM!! We prepaid €5,500 to a company that appeared to be professional. Three days later, a truck arrived with an African worker, apparently hired cheaply from Zimbabwe. After several hours of loading, the driver suddenly demanded €4,500 to proceed with the delivery.

Realizing this was a scam, we asked for the truck to be opened so we could retrieve items of extremely high value. The driver, under instructions from Serhii, refused to open the truck unless we paid the €4,500. After several hours of negotiations, they finally opened it.

If they do not refund the money—like any serious company would do when dealing with dissatisfied customers—by Monday, we will proceed with international investigations and financial crime authorities (Økokrim) in Norway.

The entire loading process and all conversations with both the driver and Serhii were recorded on video. If you’ve been unfortunate enough to pay this company, make sure to document everything with recordings and video.

SCAM!!! BE CAREFULL!!!
I paid them to deliver my caravan from UK to Bugaria just to find out that it has been sent to Poland and got contacted via polish contractor demanding more money. My caravan is still in Poland since last year and I am thousands of pounds out and no caravan. Avoid this company at any cost. Sergey, who is the main scammer from this organisation!

This is Scam

This is Scam! I wanted to transfer my car from Germany to Azerbaijan. they took 100% advance payment and transport my car to Poland and kept there for one month and was doing nothing. I had to pay to another company to take from Poland and send to my country. After I found a lot of people with the same problem.
