Ordered 3 blankets on 111/7/25, charged on 11/10/25, received a confirmation email with a "view your order" link that never worked. Transaction went through Shopify so since I am unable to access the order email URL, I can't even make a complaint through them. NO FURTHER CORRESPONDENCE AND NO BLANKETS. WHAT A SCAM! Did learn a lesson though to ALWAYS check on the company before ordering anything.
I placed an order on 10 December 2025 but have not received anything. Company has not responded to my emails or the complaint i lodged through Shopify. This is a total scam. Avoid this company at all costs.
