double ordered product
Somehow I double ordered a product on the brother cosmetic website within 1 minute of each other. I thought the order didn’t go through, so I clicked submit again and then I got two confirmation emails. I immediately emailed support and asked them to cancel the second order that was made by mistake. I never received a response. Six weeks later I still had no order. I called my credit card company and disputed the charge. I emailed the company again to say cancel my order. Today my order showed up in the mail. I tried to call them, no answer. Return policy -no returns. With shipping my two $15 products were $50! They shipped in two packages. Customer service is no existent. Don’t order from this company.
