This company is great when it comes to booking a vacation. From start to finish all my questions were answered and everything were explained in a knowledgeably way!!

Everything about my stay at the Westgates Lake Resorts & Spa Orlando was wonderful the ONLY thing that I was very disappointed bout is towels. They need bigger towels for the guests. Not everybody is small! That’s it

We enjoyed our stay. Looking forward to visiting Orlando soon. Although we didn’t purchase the timeshare. We are still willing to stay at Westgate in the future.

had an amazing time but the salesman was very rude because we didn't want to buy on spot told him that we needed to talk about it and he justed got up and left very rude

Well first of you spelled my last name wrong. You spelled it Adam when it’s supposed to be Adams. So when I went to check in they could not find my reservation. And come to find out you put me down as a owner and that made more things complicated. Then I was told then I had to sit in 120 minute presentation with lunch and none of that happened.

Everything worked as planned. We had a great time.

It’s truly an amazing place to escape for few days or actually have a vacation with your love ones. One thing that I would say that should improve better is when giving the extended hours to the clients before check out. All members of housekeeping should be notified immediately when the client has an extended hours. Other then that everything was beautiful. My kids loved it and as for me that’s all that matters. ❤️ Thank you Westgate ❣️❣️

The room we were give was terrible and the people took well over the 2 hours I was told it was going to take. Then the water park closed and we could not go so it took me over 2 hours to get getaway dealz to have the hotel give us the gift card. I would not waste time just rent a hotel room you get the same basic room for the same cost. Actually the hotel room we rented the night before cost less and was nicer than where we stayed.

Waited 5 hours for extra linens for the roll-away bed. Found curly hairs in the jacuzzi.

I did like the text message concierge.

I loved the Westgate Resort Lakes and Spa! Great for families with children. The representative (I think her name is Libby) was very knowledgeable, polite and patient. Resort presentation ran a little long, but, the representative was nice.

Great place, family friendly and good service the staff was very nice too.

Everything was well prepared and cleaned before we arrived. Everything was beautiful and everyone was friendly as well as helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and we’ll be back again.
