I had the same issue as someone else that posted a review. I received the wrong case (Which was my fault) but I was more than willing to pay shipping or whatever I needed to in order to get the correct one. Looked like a nice case. a little more flimsy than I wanted but still looked cool. Reached out to customer service with 3 or 4 emails and a few phone calls. As well as a message on Facebook. No Contact at all. Very disappointing and if they keep this up I hope they lose all their business. Absolutely no reason to run things this way.
