I had the same issue as someone else…

I had the same issue as someone else that posted a review. I received the wrong case (Which was my fault) but I was more than willing to pay shipping or whatever I needed to in order to get the correct one. Looked like a nice case. a little more flimsy than I wanted but still looked cool. Reached out to customer service with 3 or 4 emails and a few phone calls. As well as a message on Facebook. No Contact at all. Very disappointing and if they keep this up I hope they lose all their business. Absolutely no reason to run things this way.

Cool Case, No Support

Purchased 1st case from them, in December, when I noticed it couldn't have passed a quality check as every case on the website had the company logo in black on the back, I reached out on December 20th. I didn’t just send one email and forget, I sent multiple, I also filled out a comment box on their website asking for someone to contact me. It’s almost March and I have yet to receive a response. Against my better judgement I decided to purchase another case from them for the S22 Ultra. Their store specifically says within their shipping/return policy “…with guaranteed shipping within 2 business days of ordering.” I contacted them on day 3, day 4, and day 5 and never received a response. The shipping label was created today, but the item hasn’t shipped. It would seem Alloi’s “guarantee” is False Advertising. From viewing their Facebook ad posts, they do not respond to anyone who is having issues and only respond to people complimenting them. But, that showed me that I am not alone, there are many people who are upset at this complete lack of customer service. I will not order another case from Alloi unless they honor their guarantee and respond to customers. It’s really sad because I love showing off my case, now I gotta give people a disclaimer about Alloi before they buy one.

Unethical customer service; fake reputation

I received a phone case that is a different model from my phone. Also, the phone case was more like gold plastic cushion material to look like copper.

I tried reaching out to their customer service for an exchange or return-refund, but after a few attempts of calling, leaving voicemail and sending emails, all attempts were ignored. I also left a help-request comment on their social media, only to see it deleted after a few days. Instead, they responded to a potential customer's question that was posted after my comment. How shady is that.

In addition, if you search online about the credential about Forbes, New York Post, and what not, there is zero relevant results.
