Delivery and everything else is good
Delivery and everything else is good, however 5 months ago, in February I received an email saying that I was getting a box of vitamins for free. Contacted you many times, and never got back. Either you get something or you don't. Not impressed

Issues with my last delivery- Royal…
Issues with my last delivery- Royal Mail never tried to deliver and it then arrived warm so had to be used in 30 days which I just can not do due to holiday. Really disappointed and that’s why I’ve cancelled my monthly subscription.

Im reserving judgement for future orders and will update accordingly.
Whilst the items arrived well packed and safe, the lead up experience needs work.
The website is woeful on a mobile device: loading incorrectly, pages had ‘not authorised’ messages and these were necessary pages for uploading evidence etc. Even when communicating this I got no response so resorted to sending everything through chat. But… still no response.
The only time I know the evidence was safely received was when the order shipped, but tracking did not work. In fact the entire order looked as though it has slipped back to stage one!
“Can do better” would be appropriate here.

Incredibly smooth from start to finish
From start to finish, the ordering process was incredibly smooth and completely hassle‑free. I was kept fully informed every step of the way, which was really reassuring. Delivery was a key factor for me and I only choose Royal Mail — had this not been available, I would have gone with a competitor. I’m really glad I didn’t have to, as the delivery was spot on: on time, well handled, and with excellent service from both the postman and Royal Mail. A huge thank you to the whole team for such a fantastic experience!

Would have been 5stars however no…
Would have been 5stars however no notifications received to advise when order despatched. As a result parcel spent a night in the shed. This was medication meant for refrigeration. My research stated meds can safe at room temperature for up to 48hrs..so I decided to keep.

I was kept updated ( sometimes repeatedly). Informed of order, checked by a nurse when there was confusion, rectified and refunded aptly and swiftly and happy to now re start my journey after a break.

Took money - no delivery ... TWICE.
they took money for a prescription that was subsequently misdelivered and I had to throw it away - I managed to speak to someone to ask what I should do about it and then nothing - no response. I asked Royal Mail what I needed to do to make a complaint and they said the sender needs to complain...well the sender doesn't respond to emails to lets just let that one go. Unfortunately my next parcel, the same thing happened, despite telling RM not to deliver they delivered to another address and the parcel "went missing". I emailed Get A Drip four times regarding this and have had nothing back. I have cancelled my subscription now as I have lost in total nearly £350 and cannot afford for this to happen again. There is ZERO customer service and it is shocking. I cannot believe that in the UK a company is allowed to run like this.

I filled the survey three times and waited for my manjaro. It did not arrive,called your line was told that there was a fault from your end about an invoice and system processing survey so I missed vital time and set back to 2.5 instead of 5mg.
I was told to expect it with 34 hours. I do hope it arrives. I will reconsider switching if this become a constant problem.
