It looks like CoolBox just sent me an automated email asking for a review here after I already gave 1-star reviews on Google, Yelp, and BBB, so here you go. Bottom line is they were late multiple times and offered no compensation.

The whole process went very smoothly and I appreciated that we were able to rent the box month to month as our project finished early and we only needed the box for one month instead of two. I also want to mention that it was mid summer and super hot where we live and a pleasant temperature inside the storage box just as advertised!

Excellent service! I needed the unit very early in the morning and they were there! Yvette was wonderful with helping me set up! Thank you so much for making it easy during a stressful event!

We used Cool Box during a garage remodel and it was such an awesome service to get anything we had in the garage out of there and into the container that was conveniently sitting in our driveway. They were friendly, punctual, communicative, and very reasonably priced. We highly recommend them and would gladly do business with them again.

This company does not keep your storage secure. We hired a box for our daughter for 3 months. The morning of delivery my daughter was called and told that her unit was broken into (opening cut in the roof) "last night". They delivered the box and when it was opened it had all been gone through, Things were broken (incl. furniture) and it had rained and most everything was wet. If it happened "Last night" why was there so much mold growing on sofa,tables,etc.? (My daughter has a mold illness).

SO, they don't keep surveillance on the storage but then lie about it. If they would have called when it happened we could have moved to another box and kept the rain out.

On top of that, there was no reduction in the rental charges.

I had a scheduled delivery date for my storage unit that was being held at the Cool Box storage yard for 2 months, in Las Vegas. On the day of delivery, no call, no show from Cool box! I called the next day and left a message, then texted the driver. I was told the delivery truck broke down, but that they would have my unit delivered within an hour. Then the Cool box home office contacted me informing me that my storage unit, as well as others, were broken into the day before and were vandalized. Ours was too badly damaged to be repaired to get dropped off at our house. We were told by the home office personal to pick up our belongings at their yard.
We arrived at the lot location and was shocked at what looked like an abandoned trailer park. No high fencing and no security cameras on the storage units. 2 other units out of dozens there, were vandalized and open with personal articles strewn on the ground. Our unit had a large hole in the side. When we opened it we could see that the lock was torn off the door. Only a crow bar could do that. It looked like the majority of our boxes were gone though and then thrown back in. I was told that there was security on the premises but with this much damage and effort, I'm sure it took quite a while for the thieves to break into these Cool boxes and make a lot of noise doing so.
I had to have movers come with a big truck to retrieve the remains of our belongings at $250/hr.
Prior to hiring this storage company, I trusted that the unit would be in a safe, secure location, with lights and cameras. Instead, we found it to be in a barren lot where vandals could easily get access to the storage units. My daughter and sons lost many valuable items that can never be replaced.
This company obviously doesn't care one bit about your belongings, as they just reaffirm that the insurance coverage that that you took out at the time of rental, will cover your losses.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR BELONGINGS AND PEACE OF MIND!

WORST COMPANY EVER. Didn't pick up box on pick up date despite confirmation for sales representative. I forwarded the emails to support this pick up date. Still waiting for "VP" to contact me.

Following day, called me to tell me that while they missed my original pick up date, they need to postpone again. So MY STUFF HAS BEEN WAITING IN STREET FOR 3 DAYS.

I've never dealt with a company with so little integrity. They delivered a faulty container that leaked, now all of our belongings are moldy and ruined. The company does not stand behind their product at all. I declined their added insurance because I had faith they were giving me a solid container. Now we have spent 2 weeks emptying the containers and despite precautions are sick from the mold. Run, do not walk away from them. The company is a sham and the management has no concern for their customers.

Their containers leak! All of your belongings will mold and ruin. Old, faulty containers. Terrible customer service and arrogant management.

7/1 Update to 6/30 post. That’s to great customer service from Lanetta, I have upgraded to 2 stars. She committed to an earlier pickup date and to the delivery dates. I will update again after move is complete.

Horrible customer service. We had over 10 containers with this company. Company “mistakenly” took incorrect containers that were being used and had locks on them instead of the empty containers. After discussion with customer service, they agreed to bring back containers within 3 days. That did not happen. No call or anything. We contacted the next day and they said truck broke down but containers would be brought over as soon as truck was fixed. 2 weeks pass. We call company and it turns out truck is fixed again. But cannot bring back containers to us for another 10 days. When asked about receiving a credit adjustment to our account, the rep “manager” was very unprofessional. Then hung up on us. Horrible company, do not choose this company.

My Cool Box Portable Storage is awesome and they really deliver a superior product, affordable prices, and an amazing customer support team. I've been with them for 3 years now and my stuffs are still in good condition. They even work with me for the price. You may hear views from others consumers that uses Cool Box that they stuff broke after being lifted for 30% angle, it is because we tied everything using the tie hook system connected on the wall of the storage. I gave them 4 stars is because I can't get access to my storage on a certain weekend if I needed to, you just need to make an appointment because everything is maintained to secured location that only forklift is the only way move the container. But overall, I'm still satisfied. Try it for less.

It is a good product, with good delivery drivers, and it is reasonably priced, however the office staff seems to be disorderly and I’m concerned about customer service. One of my deliveries had to be rescheduled over five times. The office would cancel a delivery without letting you know because they had a driver shortage. They were just saying we thought we called everyone.
The boxes are great however. Mine stayed more than 25° cooler than the blazing 100 degree temperatures.

I absolutely would recommend to everyone. The service was amazing the people felt more like a friend who is helpful and professional.

Hello This Is Johnny BARCELON And Ii Would Like to Say I Was Very Pleased with My Service. Their Driver Fred Even Worked until 9:00PM To Make Sure The Box Was Extra Safe as I Had A Terrible Drive Way And Fred Made it Work.

Excellent customer service. From my initial phone call, I was treated professionally, offered several options to adjust to my needs. The Driver Franciso was and is excellent, a pro from beginning to end. I will definitely use it again when and if I move.
