Both delivery and pickup were prompt and easy to schedule. CoolBox was as advertised. Nice to know it’s there when needed.

We loved having a cool box at the Farmstead. It is an excellent means of temporary storage. The staff at cool box are the best, so easy to work with.

Cool Box did what they said they would do! They delivered the container on time and picked it up after the box was no longer needed. Everyone from the agent on the phone to the delivery man was courteous and listen to my needs. My wife and I are in real estate so we have added Cool Box to our referral list.

We used Coolbox 5.5 years ago when we moved into our previous house and were very pleased with them so it was a no brainer to use them to store when we decluttered the house for selling. We were just as pleased this time and continue to tell others about Coolbox.

Cool box was great until they called and said I had to vacate the boxes prior to my renovation project being complete, because they were closing.. So incredibly inconvenient.

Very reasonable in price, like the fact that they are insulated to help keep your belongings cool I believe is the only company out there that does that. Flexible to bring the storage container to your location to another location or store at their yard if need more time. But they need an advance notice in case they do get a little busy with other clients

It's a good thing this company is Leaving Las Vegas! I've seen bad in the greater Vegas area that doesn't treat people this horribly... They posted an ad to sell-off used containers as they wind-down their operation here. I got the run-around for two weeks; should have never had to keep reaching out to them over and over. They'd promise calls back and do nothing.

After two weeks of run-around, several calls and messages to them, and after promising me a delivery price a almost a week ago, they finally came back and said "yeah, we don't want to deal with anyone that can't pick them up unless we can't sell to locals first. So if there's some left two weeks from now, we might sell to you." This completely contradicts prior discussion and promises from named individuals in management. WHO in their right mind would submit to such nonsense and give these people their money? Sure..let me just sit here and waste my time BEGGING you to sell to me?!?! I'm sure they'd find that entertaining.

If this CoolBox company is privately-owned, whoever owns it should sell the company to a competent and motivated businessperson who can make it great! The current owner is obviously choking this company to death and shooting themselves in the foot by continuing to employ lazy people who don't care about anything except for their perceived entitlement to a free paycheck.

The faculty was understanding and super cooperative. The driver Matt was absolutely amazing. He was professional, compromising, super competent, works well under pressure and was great at explaining how the unit worked. I highly recommend this storage unit for anyone looking for great customer service.

Excellent service from my first phone call to book my cool box throughout my use of the cool box all the way to picking up the cool box!!! It was so helpful to store my furniture, still on my property, while complete construction was being done on the inside of my house!!!

Cool box was very communicative and accommodating. Upon pick up they gave me a call to let me know that the homeowner hadn't completely cleared out the pod and was kind enough to let me know that they could come back at a later time to collect the pod or to reschedule for the following day.

Used the cool box storage while our home was being remodeled. It was a life saver to have our items in the driveway during the process. Was affordable, convenient and kept our storage cooler than the inside of a car parked in the sun. Seriously 5 degrees cooler or more inside the pod. We were very happy with our choice.
