Horrible experience, delaying the process on purpose.

Can not believe how unprofessional those guys working there are! - everytime I sent a document they ask for another, instead of preparing a full list of required documents, they will be like, yeah but we need one more, delaying the process on purpose for more than one month. In addition, they we be asking for documents that are never ever required by law and potentially you can not even possess them because you may not be eligible for x or y document but they still request it, and lastly for any email or urgency you may have good luck on that, because they will reply in a week if you are lucky! Horrible experience, horrible personnel.
