Quality kitchen with helpful design service

Claire at the Greenhill shop came out to our house, measured up the space and listened to what we wanted to achieve with our new kitchen. There were several options because it involved some building work and knocking though, so it was hard to visualise. Claire came up with some designs and her computer mock-ups were so lifelike, they really helped to the see how it would look & motivated us to go ahead with the project. It is now complete, looks exactly how she had drawn, and we love it! She gave lots of useful input about the various decisions to be made along the way too. Many thanks!

Great team and service

Luisa and James have been extremely helpful throughout the design process. The meetings were thorough with recaps sent after which were great to keep track of all the changes we made. All meetings were done remotely because we are based in London but a lot of pictues were sent and items were shown live during our calls so the team was great to accomodate us despite the distance. Luisa and James were great to talk to us about the design but also the practicality of the kitchen. Their design was excellent and we had a great experience overall. They were very competent, knowledgeable and very nice to chat to. We would highly recommend.

The whole experience of having Luisa design our kitchen

The whole experience of having Luisa design our kitchen was an absolute pleasure from first walking into the shop in Holmfirth through to the final design. Luisa listened carefully to what we wanted and what we didn't want but also challenged us with some things we hadn't thought of but which would work really well and give us so much more than we thought possible. We had several trips to the showroom to finalise the design and Luisa was so patient with us as we tried different alternatives, different worktops, different colours.
I would absolutely recommend Luisa and German Kitchen Outlet to anyone considering a new kitchen.

Luisa was a joy to meet with

Luisa was a joy to meet with. She listened, suggested layout ideas and included design elements I hadn’t considered, but absolutely loved!
The plan she came up with was in a different league to what others had suggested - and the quality of the German kitchen outlets’ product is clear.

James did an amazing job designing our kitchen. It has exceeded our expectations and has transformed our living space. The project was delivered on time, on budget and all of the fitters were very professional.

Innovative design

After 2 years of searching for a design for our kitchen layout that wasn't simply a rerun of what was already there, someone suggested that we try German Kitchen Outlet in Greenhill. From our first visit, we were made to feel very welcome. Claire, our designer visited our house and asked what our wishes were. We gave her a long list, and left her to it. She measured up and invited us back to see the design on a large screen in the showroom. You are told that you know if you want to buy a house within 10 seconds of walking in. We knew within 2 seconds that Claire had designed the kitchen for us. It was truly innovative, not a carbon copy of our previous layout, and incorporated all of our wishes too. Any additional queries that we had were addressed promptly, and they went above and beyond to make sure that the entire space was transformed. They removed a wall for us too, so the dining room and kitchen became one large room.
The company themselves work as one big team, and are so professional. Nothing was ever a problem, and the whole process ran like clockwork. There were a lot of specialised trades working on the project, and every one of them was a pleasure to have in our house. The finish is impeccable, and we would wholeheartedly recommend German Kitchen Outlet.
