Since I moved to France several years ago I have been buying boxes of Autrement red wine. Recently the tap design has been changed and not for the better. I addressed a complaint about this a while back but they did not reply. The new tap design makes it very difficult to free the tap. After doing so it requires a great deal of effort to release a steady stream of wine. I am an old man of 91 years and find it impossibe to operate the tap without using the fingers of both hands, leaving no hand to hold the wine glass. I buy my wine at the super market so I have no easy way of making making a complaint to the company. I am now looking fora source of bio wine from a supplier which does not use these ridiculessly badly designed taps.
