Terrible and Deceptive Shipping Service
I paid $60 for the "fast" shipping of my order (CineLog30 V3 O4 Drone + Batteries) under order number 8*****.
The result has been unacceptable:
Order Splitting and Delay: My order was split into two different shipments (one for the drone via UPS and one for the batteries via PostNL).
Delay in Handover: Despite paying for an express service, it took them several days (over 8 days for the batteries) to hand the packages over to the logistics companies. This is an inexplicable internal delay.
Deceptive Status: On their website, my order is marked as "Completed" because they only use the drone's tracking number (which has already arrived). The batteries, which have their own separate tracking number (LR********NL), are still in transit (currently held for IOSS customs check as of today, November 13th), meaning the order is NOT completed.
This is a completely deceptive shipping service. I paid extra for a service I did not receive, the package was split without notice, and the tracking information on their website is incorrect. I expect to receive my batteries soon.
I do not recommend paying for the express shipping.
This is the biggest scam ever
This is the biggest scam ever. I am waiting for my Geprc Vapor x5 for 3 months now. They said that it is stuck in Hong Kong customs what doesn’t make sense because I let it ship to Germany. Now I said I want to refund it and I finally got sent back from Hong Kong customs but now they don’t want to give me my money back. They told me I should wait. Bro I’m waiting for 3 months now. Shit company never order again
Good drones, but support’s attitude is basically “go f*** yourself”
I’ve been a regular GEPRC customer for years, putting in direct orders every few months because the hardware is genuinely solid. My most recent order exposed the dark side of their operation:
• Surprise surcharge: They slapped on a US $35 “Li-Po” fee for an order with no batteries, then changed the story to “express shipping only to your country.”
• Rude, copy-paste replies: I got AI-generated answers that had nothing to do with my case and abrupt messages telling me my requests were “unacceptable.”
• Broken promises: After shipping delays in February, they promised prop-guards as compensation. When I asked to swap that for accessories of equal value, the tone flipped from polite to hostile.
• Zero loyalty recognition: I spelled out that I place repeat orders and wanted a long-term collaboration. The response might as well have been: Go f* yourself if you don’t like what we offer.
• End result: I canceled the order, got a refund, and walked away frustrated—and that only happened after days of needless back-and-forth. I will just continue buying their products from re-sellers offering better pricing.
The products are still good, but if anything goes wrong you’re on your own. GEPRC needs to take a hard look at its support team before more loyal customers bail.
GEPRC is NOT a scam!!!
Man, some of these reviews are way over the top—it’s wild how scared people get.
Let me set the record straight: GEPRC is NOT a scam.
Yes, they take time to process your order, but it literally says up to 10 business days right on their website. Mine took exactly 10 business days to process, and once it shipped, it was at my door in Austria within 3 days—from China. That’s fast.
If you can’t handle the wait, maybe don’t order from China. Simple as that.
Also, their customer support is on point. I emailed them at 3 AM Chinese time and got a reply in 20 minutes. That’s better than most companies in my own country.
And the drone?
Flies like a Ferrari in the sky. Worth every second of the wait.
Illegal / Scam - Dont BUY from GEPRC
Illegal Shiping Methods causing 25% more costs for customers + scamming for higher prices on the official website resulted in final costs which have been way higher than agreed to.
Absolutely no help from customers support, unprofessional und illegal behaviour, wrong communication and written consent to cover costs was another scam to get me to pay for the costs of illegal behaviour.
Drone was malfunctioning within 2 weeks, I had to send severel mails to even get a acceptable answer.
DONT EVER BUY FROM GEPRC you will have the worst time in your life !
Takes ages to ship
Takes ages to ship. Stuck in "Processing" the Order for more than 4 days, with no end to be expected, even tho their Shipping policy says 3 buissness days.

I bought parts from them to fix a faulty Tinygo I bought from banggood. Those parts caught fire while using them within spec, they told me I built my own drone and they wouldn’t warranty it. Blamed my soldering when I consulted experts was told their parts were spec’s out incorrectly. I should have known the board couldn’t handle the power but I didn’t. Company won’t answer my question “does this board support 4S”

I was shipped a CineLog 35 V2 that had the incorrect CLI on it from the factory. I bound and configured my controls properly, and the quad did not respond properly due to the incorrect CLI causing my drone to be damaged to where it will not fly and causing me to go to the emergency room. The customer support has worked with me and is sending proper replacement parts.
Good experience
I bought a Mark5 with Express DHL shipping. It took a bit to be shipped (10 days maybe) but once shipped it arrived in 2 days in Italy. The drone is well built and flies great. Also their customer support is good, they answer in max 1 day. Approved
Horrible Support - Warranty lies
Horrible Support. They will bend their Warranty to their liking so they won't have to fix the broken stuff they will send you.
They sent me a damaged drone.
They sent me a damaged drone.
It has problems with range and loses it after being 10m from me.
Support may offer to send me antennas, but I don't want to accept the drone for complaint and repair.
I don't know how to solder and even if they sent me new antennas I wouldn't be able to solder them.
Of course, the shipping costs I pay.

GEPRC scammer !!!
12/09/2023 I purchased DJI GOGGLES INTEGRA glasses worth 500 euros on the Internet from the GEPRC company. 02/10?2023 I received them but they turned out to be faulty. I contacted the seller but they refused me, saying that they are only a distributor and I need to contact the manufacturer - DJI. I contacted DJI support. They checked the product number and said that the warranty only applies to China and if I want to repair the product in Europe, then at my own expense, and if I send it back to China, then DJI does not have the ability to send and receive packages. And they suggested contacting the seller. The seller refused me again. DJI then recommended that I send the product to a repair center in Europe for diagnostics and repair costs. As it turned out, there was a problem with the electronic unit and I was charged 240 euros plus transportation costs. I contacted the seller and reminded that I have 30 days under warranty after receiving the product, if a fault is found, contact the seller for repair, replacement or refund. This information is indicated on the seller's website. I offered to pay for the repairs and asked if they did not agree what they could offer me. If they think that it should be sent to them in China, then I am ready to do this and asked to clarify the address. To which I received a strange offer to send the glasses without the original packaging, without indicating DJI, indicating that this is a TV remote control worth $20. And that if the package is lost, then that’s my problem.
Wish I Saw These Reviews...Before Ordering!
My 100% and honest experience is as follows:
I dealt with Andy Chen (if that is even his real name) of GepRC after a purchase of one of his new drones. He and the Chinese company seem reputable pre-sales (emails and website), but if you intend to return an item, that is when GepRC (Andy Chen) will reveal their intent to not support returns.
I was told by Chinese customs and FedEx International that GepRC refused the unused drone despite agreeing to take it back. If the address wasn't correct as provided, he did not provide a new address or attempt to pick it up locally at the FedEx International in his city. So that was a $200 shipping fee plus the cost of the drone that I lost...if I ever get it back.
I challenge you to try to find his address anywhere on his website or via "google-ing" the company. They intend to be hidden for a reason and it will be apparent when you need to return an item.
I will never buy a drone or anything from this company again. Andy Chen (if that is his real name) and his company GepRC are very, very shady.
never buy anything from this company
i ordered a geprc drone that was a pnp, as i tried to tin the pads in order to prep the fc for my receiver the pads started to lift from the pcb, i had not soldered anything onto it yet the coating was gummy and all over the board and any heat would just rip off the pads. so i reached out to them hoping that they would exchange it, instead they said that i didnt know what i was doing and said they wouldnt work with me to make it right.
