I purchased a BMW 3 Series Touring from George last week and it was a supportive and effortless process from beginning to end. Initial handling of my enquiry and part-exchange process was handled through Autotrader which allowed for simple deposit to hold the vehicle and George was flexible with booking a convenient appointment. The listing had over 75 photos and a video of the vehicle which gives an excellent impression of what you are going to see in real life. On visiting, George talked through the history and features of the vehicle and left us to take our time looking around it. A test drive was provided which allowed us to get a feel for the car. On deciding to purchase, the process was straightforward and included a thorough explanation of warranty options. George even went as far as to speak to the provider and arrange a small discount as I still had warranty remaining on the vehicle I was part exchanging. He asks for feedback on what I was looking for in a car to make sure he is picking the right vehicles to market. Transparent and thorough throughout, George has remained available to talk through any questions I have had and, when I discovered my vehicle was missing its high voltage charge cable, he has arranged for one to be shipped to me. Thoroughly recommended.

George is an absolute diamond. Very transparent and genuine guy. I felt very at ease doing business with him.
I made the trip 115 miles to see him and I’m extreamely happy with the result.

I got a VW golf estate which was in immaculate

George also knows his stuff about cars so he was able to educate me about the car I’ve bought and how to properly maintain it going forward.

I purchased a car from this dealership for £12,000, and within 6 weeks, the engine, DPF, and timing chain all failed. The car was still within the warranty period, but George refused to take responsibility and had the vehicle for five weeks while we argued over repairs. Eventually, it was reluctantly fixed and returned to me.

Just five weeks after getting it back, the car went into limp mode on the motorway while I had my children in the car. It was terrifying – black smoke, loud noise, and a total loss of power. I had the car inspected independently and was told the turbo had failed.

Despite reaching out again, George has made no effort to fix this latest issue. The car has now been sat unusable on my driveway for two months. I am devastated and extremely frustrated — I paid a substantial amount for a car that has been nothing but a nightmare.

I would strongly advise others to avoid this dealership. In my experience, they do not stand by their vehicles or honour their warranty obligations.

I am writing this to make people more woke when purchasing a car.

George wasn't present when buying a car which i think is very important to people when purchasing a vehicle and for the experience.

I purchased a Range Rover Evoque 2013 87k miles i probably have only done 1500 miles on the car or less.
I have had to have a new aircon compressor, rear differential.
which kindly George did pay for and credit to him for being pro active.

sadly the car was experiencing more issue after this work had been done which was apparently not covered warranty. I then had a bill for £1500 for drivers side suspension arm and components and part of this quote was for haldex service plus labor which has never been done.

after lengthy emails back and forth taking the range rover to multiple garages and time seeing different specialist, speaking to citizens advice. it took another garage to phone him up for him to contribute towards this invoice of £1500.
George then paid 500 plus vat to help out which i am thankful for.

i also had to book the car in too get the recall that was out standing on this vehicle prior.

I can appreciate all cars have wear and tear but to have all this at once is not a good experience when buying a family car when my partner has a baby on the way which only adds to the stress and i was going away on holiday when this all happened.

the experience hasn't been perfect which buying a car should be and found that this was lacking.

George dealt with this the best he could so credit too him as he still needs to make a living.

just to add i spent £1500 pound to get the body work sorted and minor dents.
also i will be getting the wheel refurbed when i can afford it.

I think some TLC and some good quality control to get cars perfect whether this puts the price up a bit so people can be more confident i think would go along way.
I wouldn't be put off by this as it could be the car i bought which is no fault of George motors maybe i should of looked more in to the type of car its self before purchasing.

Contacted George regarding information on Nissan Qashqai. George was very friendly and informative about the vehicle, he was kind enough to make video of car showing me the outside and inside Plus documents that came along with car. At time of purchase George organised a colleague to meet at the train station with the car for me to test drive. Really smooth car car no concerns, all paper work completed and drove car back home. Follow up phone given by George to make sure I was happy with purchase. I fully recommend car dealership. Top man thanks George. 🙏🏽

He was very pleasant and knowledgeable as he gave me lots of information on the specific model that I was buying, he made sure everything was ready as I was traveling from a distance and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Bought a car a few weeks ago, and I had the best experience that I could possibly ask for.
The car is great, but the service was just amazing. George is a great guy, super relaxed, and very knowledgeable. I definitely recommend his services for everyone who hates hunting for 2nd hand cars. You will be surprised how smooth everything will go.

Bought a 10 yo. Honda Jazz, 30K from George, a fair price, include 6 months warranty on engine and gear box. Estremely helpful in replacing locking wheel nuts since orginal key had been lost without addtional cost. Obtained the radio code from Honda dealer before sale, very promptly, only took 4 days to complete the purchase, FOC. Made every effort to ensure all details on V5C and Experian vehicle check were accurate. Best car buying experince I have every had, including new cars from franchised dealers. 100% receommeded.

Real genuine man who spent 30 mins going over the car with me, answering any questions I had honestly and even pointed out the only fault we could find which was the key needing a new battery
