The driver looked dirty and abandoned, the bus was very dirty on the outside. The inside was ok.
After drop off I told the driver I'll call him to confirm pick up approximately at the agreed time. He texted me saying that his boss said another time, so even if we miss the end of our even we should be at the meeting point at the new time he claimed. I called them again and they didn't offer another option. They ruined our event as we have to leave beforehand.
