The product is so cute - love them!

This company, its products, and all of the glowing reviews seen here on Trustpilot, is a scam. The products themselves are cheap, overpriced garbage. The customer service is a joke. The shipping tracking, I have no idea what kind of scam they are using with that, but our products were shipped from New York in a few days, while the so-called "tracking" showed our packages going through some complicated shipping route (beginning in Italy, HAHAHA, and then slowly making its way to the final destination). If you've come to this site, it's probably too late for you and you've also made the mistake of ordering from them, but if not, PLEASE take the bad reviews on here seriously, this company is fraudulent and their products are trash.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I placed 2 orders with this company. They overcharged me for both items and I had to send them an email in order to get the overcharged amount back. I received one order 17 days later. I still have not received the 2nd order. I have sent numerous emails requesting a refund as it has been over a month and I have never received the product. They WON'T refund my money!!

I ordered two of The spinners for Christmas presents. They sent me a text telling me that they were giving me my tracking number which did not work,I emailed them and they responded to me telling me that my product had been shipped out and I would get my tracking number soon. Now I'm trying to communicate with them and I'm getting absolutely nowhere. I'm so mad about this because their products looks so beautiful and they're so fake. I have called my bank and my bank is going to start proceedings to recoup my money.

These are the WORST service responses we have ever experienced. The Company shipped our product to a Billing Address rather than our Shipping Address, and THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT!!

We DEMAND A REFUND and they will not provide a refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

I bought a “spinner” and after paying immediately learned that the gift would not arrive in time. I tried cancelling it IMMEDIATELY, several times, and was ignored. Finally days later was told it was too late to cancel. Then they overcharged me. Finally I received the package and set it out. The next day it was rusted! I reached out to company for their 100% money-back guarantee. They denied my request over and over again. STEY AWAY FROM THEM!

This company is a straight up scam. They sent me fake shipping numbers from a fake shipping company. Nothing was ever received and they refused to refund.

The shipping experience for this product wasn't the best. It took three weeks to arrive, which was a significant wait. However, when it finally came, the solar-powered lamp was worth the wait. It's beautiful and adds charm to my backyard. More prompt delivery would have been appreciated, though.

The shipping was super speedy which was really appreciated. The packaging was also well done, protecting the product from any damage. No parts were missing and everything came as expected. Overall, the delivery process was efficient and hassle-free. Impressive service.

POOR craftmanship, with metal connections breaking after 1 week, metal screw attachment breaking at 2 weeks, and starting to rust at 2 weeks. Bringing up the rear, their images give a misleading interpretation of the size, thinking this is probably 18 inches in diameter or so, but in reality only half that at most. Tis a tiny, fragile thing, NOT meant to be outside.

Only option on here was to click something to write a review. I wanted to give them a big FAT 0. CAN ANYONE tell me what the company billing name was that charged you? I can not find it and bank can't do anything without the name. Trying to open a case with the FTC to investigate this scammer.

FRAUD!!! They charged my account more than order total. Tried to cancel but they said I couldn’t. Will be returning all items if they ever arrive.

Regarding geometryk. Would like to rate 0 stars. Ordered adorable ducks end of February. Had to write comments many times, can't talk to person, and perhaps two months later received product but got sizes much smaller than paid for. Send you in circles when they respond to emails. Now mid May and problems still not resolved. They may have another company very similar in name beginning with geometr..so be wary of that one too. When I first checked reviews late February I did not see the problems listed now.

Do no order from this company…received much smaller items than I ordered and paid for and the delivery time was a month. They insisted I received the correct items and refused to make good even with all of the proof of purchase I provided them.

I purchased a wind chime that is half the size as advertised. It is cheaply made and does not work or spin. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!

They sold me an outdoor wind item that completely rusted after one rain and when I complained - basically said too bad. STAY AWAY!

These people are crooks. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Upon placing order my credit union sent a fraud alert and blocked my debit card. Fortunately, payment was through PayPal. Seller had debited a greater amount than was on order receipt. I immediately contacted "support" and asked to cancel the order as well as asking why the increased debit amount without my authorization. Although their policy supposedly allows order to be cancelled within 12 hours and before shipped, their response was to simply refund the difference and state "Hope you can accept it and take the order." Again, I asked to cancel and for full refund. They replied it was too late to cancel which was not following their own policy. I checked order/tracking status and status showed "not found." This is a SCAM!

So soft. Fits well.
