Ordered a pair of Valentino Runners. Wore them a handful of times before the camo pattern started peeling on the side of one of the shoes. Emailed multiple times before them telling me there is nothing they can do to help and then ignored every email after that. Had to reach out to Valentino directly who helped me with the issue. Poor customer service.

Would not recommend. Bought a pair of Valentino trainers and paid for next day delivery.. it’s been 5 days and still nothing. The tracking number they gave me doesn’t exist and they are not replying to my emails or messages.

Ordered a pair of Valentino’s, paid £10 delivery and received an email saying it had been despatched the same day (was happy at this point), I have tried to track ever since and the tracking number doesn’t exist, still haven’t received and have messaged on Instagram numerous times and emailed and had no response

Would not buy from here again , bought my son pair of valentino trainers they were faulty sent them back in May and still waiting for refund . Sent them an email and still no reply trainers cost over 300 pounds , now time to go trading standards
