They rip people off and don't care!
They rip people off under the guise of Free Trial Memberships and they deceptively hide the terms where you are obligated to pay for 6 months membership of over $250 if you don't remember to cancel.
They of course don't remind you or give you a heads up that your account is renewing or your card will be charged, they just CHARGE you and hope you don't catch it in time.
Very shady and underhanded business practices from this place. Stay away!!

Great customer service. Got a refund on a late delivery which is quite good. Skincare is alright although face wash comes in small 60ml bottles with high price. Quite effective although only with long term use.

Be Careful …Follow Advice and See A Dermatologist Before Starting the Product
I had been a customer and the agents were great. That was a few years back, though. I decided to try them again and my recent expedience is that this company showed little concern when their product resulted in harm; My perception is they blame the customer! (It is always the customer who doesn’t go by the fine print of trickster designed auto ship modes, when one doesn’t get results after 3 month use-or when things heat up on your face… ) I took their quiz, and they shipped my $49 starter kit. I followed their steps, per the card with example pics of the amounts of product to use, and began with the PM face wash and PM retinol, with the following morning’s AM protocol being my second application. A few hours later, I was at work when I noticed my skin began to subtly crawl and itch. This unpleasant sensation moved across my face in every area of my skin where the product was applied. Then came the itch—so intense was the itch that my mind raced with thoughts of how to stop this thing, and so I rushed to the lavatory and drowned my face in water—it did not help! In fact, this has made it worse, as it has now spread to other areas. By this time, red patches splotched my skin, and the itch—the itch left me mindless. There was no other way—I had to leave work, which was embarrassing, because by then my efforts to hold on to a steady, fleeting vanity and its consequences were already making the rounds. My only relief came temporarily from an icepack and wet cloth applied to my face, and I was forced to sleep that way. The itch was the most intense thing I ever experienced. My eyes swelled shut, and the next day my skin was burned and eventually peeled. I isolated myself for 5 days while their bots pressed the next auto-ship. I reached out asking for help with how to ease the burning, and I explained what happened with the pictures. The reply suggested I try and use the retinol PM on alternate evenings—what? It took days in between emails, and in the meantime, I researched and found there was a significant percentage of niacin-amide in two of my products. The two that I'd been directed to use back-to-back. I needed help with something to repair the damage to my skin, and I was reminded that I should consult my dermatologist before beginning a skincare routine. Excuse my ignorance, but I thought a skincare company could recommend something immediate to relieve the outbreak.My PCPs office did recommend some over-the-counter items, which helped some. I NEVER had an issue with any product until this one! Thankfully, a dermatologist did recommend Dermalogica and Dr. Dennis Gross, which works great. Accordingly, I was told there was too much niacin-amide in my regimen and that I should have not began the regimen at 100%… I just saw instructions and followed. I did feel slighted, though:they didn’t even offer a refund of on my misery.

Also, don’t sleep in the roll-on deodorant. It smells great and works well!
They seem like a complete scam
They seem like a complete scam. I selected 1 month to see if I liked the product they then charged me for an ongoing subscription. I called and they cancelled it and gave me a refund so I thought simple mistake now months later I'm still getting charged and now they just charged me for a whole year's subscription. I highly recommend avoiding them because no mistakes were made on my part and this seems like very shady activity. After they issues the first refund I NEVER gave them permission to continue or charge me again and now they have and I just found out they charged me in April as well.

Horrible customer service and horrible…
Horrible customer service and horrible way they do business. Also, the daily face moisturizer with sunscreen has given me chemical burn twice now. I had to eliminate things in my daily beauty routine and this ended up being the culprit. And they charge your account without any notice and DO NOT give refunds.

These are the best skin care products I’ve ever used. I’ve tried a lot of different brands, but these work the best for me. Sometimes they can be a little pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for! Highly recommend.

I've got a trial set of the sensitive formula and both lotions for oily/acne prone skin about a month ago. The oldest three of my family is sharing the face wash, which is nice for all our skin, surprisingly. I like it because I'm sensitive to so many things. It doesn't smell like anything, which is lovely. It doesn't dry my skin out, which is also lovely. It cleans my husband's oily skin without drying it out and is helping my 13 y/o boy keep his hormonal skin calm and clear. The sensitive day and night lotion are what I use. I'm 38 and the day stuff prevents my face from burning (cuz I'm sensitive to the sun, too 🙄) and the night stuff is helping to refine my skin texture, so my pores, fine lines and scars are less visible. The oily/acne prone lotions are used by my menfolk and they are liking them, but I can't give details cuz all I get is "they're fine" and "I dunno" when pressed for details. I feel like they're having similar success with their skin regimen, for however much that's worth!

No change to my skin so not worth the cost.
No reminders for subscriptions. Mine was for 2 months so forgot to cancel. Asked for cancellation when charged, told me it was too late. Asked for return and refund but their policy is no return and refund!?!
So cancelled my subscription altogether but can’t get my money back. These subscription without reminders is a gimmick for people to get charged and not bother cancelling. Don’t get caught or put reminders/alarms in case you do not need or want the next order.

I received a package where the contents had spilled out into the box. I emailed there customer service and they were quick with a response, handled the problem efficiently and made me whole.
