Roberto replied to all of my emails quickly, and he was very helpful during the 4 weeks it look my exhaust to ship. He makes sure you are taken care of and their customer service is amazing! The exhaust was made to order, so the 4 weeks was expected, but Roberto kept me updated every step of the way.

You guys are great but ups sucks I’ve been waiting. Over a week now and my expected delivery date went from 3 days to now 8

I initialed called the company due to air intake being widley out of stock, and need it quickly for client.
I talked to Roberto, and assured me they have them in stock and ready to go.

Roberto did an excellent job installing my Borla Touring exhaust on my 2015 Ford F-150 5.0. Very patient and friendly easy to get along with. And he also helped me with my SCT Tuner I bought from him about 5 years ago and tuned it for me as well. I must say the truck runs great the only problem is that now my wife likes to use my truck more than me so I’m limited on using my truck because of my work schedule lol. But when I use it I can feel the power it has now no regrets purchasing this item and Roberto does great quality work I’m very glad I met this man. And anytime I have a question for him he is quick to answer and helps me with any advice or suggestions I may have for my truck. I highly recommend going to Gen X Performance.

This is my second attempt to review this company, their service and the product I received because I am that satisfied!

The product I purchased is a sct x4 tuner windshield mount and the GenX-performance windshield mount at $9.95 is as good as the same sct x4 windshield mounts being sold everywhere else at $25.99!
Though I would note... I failed to recognize that Genx-performance offers a military discount, if you qualify, be sure to take advantage of that.
The ordering, purchase and shipping process was seamless and I received the part on the date the tracking (provided by Genx performance) informed me it would.

I opened the (well packaged) box at the mailbox, attached my tuner to the item and mounted this item to my windshield without issue.
Lastly, the complimentary mini bag of peanut M&Ms inside my package was a nice touch and the proverbial cherry on top.

Inventory quantity was a little off feom their website however good communication with them made it not a huge deal.

I appreciate their communications and desire to work out a good outcome on a unfortunate low stock issue that happens from time to time.

So this is where people gripe and complain or try to come up with something clever to say. I'm going to keep it simple. I rolled the dice and bought from an unknown, to me, company. I am so glad I did. My order was perfect! Price, product, packaging and delivery were all A+. Thank you GenX.

Ordering my tuner stand was very easy and fast through their website. Came later that week, not only did they include my tuner mount, but also added a pack of M&Ms in the box! Which I thought was a great addition to my order!
