I ordered shoes from Genuins, and it turned out to be a complete scam. They never told me I’d have to pay any duties and taxes on my return—only that I’d cover the return shipping. The customs form I filled out showed no duties or taxes due, but once the package arrived in Spain, Genuins suddenly demanded payment for duties and taxes.
I had to chase them endlessly for a refund, which I’m still waiting on. I asked them to just deduct the unexpected duties and taxes from my refund, but no luck so far. The whole experience was stressful, confusing, and felt like a total scam.
I’ll never buy from Genuins again. If you want a hassle-free, honest purchase, go with a retailer who actually stocks the brand—not these jokers.

We are deeply sorry to hear about your experience. Our website is the official Genuins website, and of course, there is no possibility of fraud. We are very sorry that you had to pay customs fees, but since Brexit, shipments to the UK have been affected, and ultimately, it is the customer who pays for the decisions of the government.
Havent gotten my refund for the Order GS2490129 jet. On october 7th genuine emailed me they got my return in perfect condition and the refund will be transfered within 1-15 days. Now it’s november second and i still don’t have my money back. That so disappointing. I will talk to my lawyer.
