I ordered bag cream and it came with immediate effects, upper eyelid cream, and a couple other items. For the price I was surprised at how tiny the tubes were. They are smaller than a tube of Neosporin. I have tried them twice a day for two weeks so far. I have yet to see any discernible differences at all. I expected the bags or wrinkles to at least tighten a tiny bit, but there is no difference at all. This was a lot of money for nothing.

I first heard about Genucel through a podcast that I watch daily called Chicks On The Right. They rave about the products and the customer service. I decided to try it when the ladies went to Vegas and we're giving away a sample size of the CRISTALLES MICRODERMABRASIONand I can't say enough good things about it. My face is crazy soft after using this product, so this time I splurged and bought a package. I love that they are all natural and they wont hurt my overly sensitive skin.

I has such high hopes this product would work on my right eye bag. Did not do a thing! No change what so ever. Been using twice a day religiously. Glen Beck talks about how wonderful the products are on his radio show so I had high hopes because of this. Very disappointed to say the least.

Fast and easy hope it works like it says excited to try it

There were so many popups while I was trying to shop that it got confusing and annoying. Trying to up-sell makes sense but I would have preferred it come at the end while looking at my cart.

Beware! When you purchase products you are automatically signed up for a plan where they send you an entire shipment 60 days later, charge your card without any authorization/email etc. Read the small print in terms and agreement, it is in there so there is no recourse whether you like the products or not. You apparently have to make a call to opt out or cancel membership. I thought I was making a one time purchase!

Chat/support was very helpful and with the info they gave me I was able to quickly complete my order.
