DO NOT BUY! They will automatically sign you up for a subscription, claiming it’s a 6-month subscription and only send you a 30-day supply. If you inquire about the rest of your subscription, they will offer to change your subscription date to get the rest of your order or any more product. They will want proof of your shipping package to indicate you did not receive the order. They will argue with you over several emails, and still not fulfill your order. The product did not work in 30-days and if you request a refund because the product is ineffective, they will tell you “it takes time, you need more product,” that they will not send unless you pay more money or change your subscription date. I have also attempted to cancel the subscription, I guess I will find out in 5 months if they have done that or not. There may be an update to this review. I tried getting my money back through PayPal, but that did not work, either because it was 30 days past the arrival window. I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well as the Federal Trade Commission and any review site I can find. So, if you want to pay $120 for a 30-day supply of a product that does not work, throw your money away or send it to me.

I bought a month supply of these patches and after taking using the 2nd 1 it made me feel sick , I tried again the next day and felt sick again , so stopped using them. I contacted gpl to cancel my subscription and they gave me a link which required client id nowhere on my order was a client id, so I again back to customer services whom again told what to do, again nothing in the link, so back again and they gave me a different link, this link was again to subscribe nothing else. All this is going on while I have my mother-in-law at end of life. I know they can cancel from their end,but choose to make this difficult for me. I have now raised this issue with my bank to stop any future payments. After care is not helpful when needed.

No way of contacting them to cancel my order no answer I called 717 957 1203 and no answer they give you 20min to cancel order and I used my 20 min just trying to find a way to contact them, I will dispute it with my bank after it clears Don't buy anything from them I should have read the reviews

Whatever problem occurs, they will attend to it straight away, my problem was resolved the same day, it was great.

I have used several types of Gentle Patches to good effect. However when I needed to cancel my subscription the Customer Support were extremely expedient in dealing with my request. They did offer me a discount. However when I declined my subscription was cancelled immediately and I was also informed politely and immediately by email. An easy process done extremely efficiently.

The patches caused a painful skin reaction. As my wife did not start to use them until after 30 days they refused a refund.

Received my first order two weeks ago and have to say the experience was smooth from purchase to arrival. The patches themselves are well-designed, flexible enough to wear under clothing without visible bumps. What really sold me was learning about the transdermal technology during checkout, it made sense why these would absorb better than swallowing capsules. Already thinking about ordering the subscription option to save money long-term.

Lost 3 lbs in the first week

I switched from a powder supplement routine that was frankly tedious. These patches give me the same ingredients but without the taste, the mess, or the need to remember to mix something every morning. The consistency of delivery throughout the day feels more stable than the spike and crash cycle I used to get. I'm on my second month and definitely seeing sustained energy improvements.

Skeptical about whether something so simple could actually work, but my friend wouldn't stop talking about them so I ordered a pack. Took about ten days to notice changes, maybe because my body was adjusting. Now I'm a believer and have already recommended them to two people from my gym.

I used 2 packs and haven't lost even 1 lb in weight. I think these are a scam. They say 30 day money back guarantee but for a refund you have to return an unopened pack!! They sent me an email to confirm my subscription which I did not realise I opted for but at least I was able to cancel it.

This company give falsehoods. Five minutes after my mother placed an order they refused to give a total refund. We requested the order be cancelled and to not dispatch the product. Was told they could not do this even though it took them 3 days to dispatch the product. Furthermore, when you order you are dealing with an AI agent which is not human but a robot. Do not buy from this business. I have reported them to the ACCC, CONSUMER AFFAIRS, 60 MINUTES AND A CURRENT AFFAIR.
