AVOID! Product was horribly mis-described, i felt scammed.

AVOID! This blurb on the Gentlemanwinder's website: "We got tired of a market flooded with unreliable winders dressed up in premium packaging — and decided to do something about it" ...is hilariously ironic. In my experience Gentlemanwinder actually do sell cheap £20 rubbish winders only described and promoted as something they are not and sold at inflated prices. The product I received was completely not as described and did not conform to CE marking obligations. Though supplied by Gentlemanwinder (France) it was clear the product had been direct shipped from the PRC and was complete tat. Customer service to arrange the return and refund was extremely poor and wasn't fully resolved to my satisfaction. A BAD company!
