I did have to wait I wild but not due to their mistake, somehow my address got crossed but Sarah from service, was extremely helpful and fixed it in no time what so ever.
Got the ring and was 100% as described, the size is also perfect, quality is also amazing, totally with the money I spent.
For all the people that ask if this is a scam company, I can only say this

This company is full of slimy thieves. I placed an on October 21, 2024 I then 10 minutes later decided against the ring and tried to cancel my order all the email state that they’ll try and exchange it. They refuse to give me a refund and now I won’t answer any emails. I just want a refund I’m getting married November 1, 2024 and now I can’t afford to buy a new ring because they won’t refund me the money of a ring that I will never receive.

Great customer service and the ring is beautiful! I ordered a wedding ring in the size that I was measured to be. When it arrived, it was slightly too big. I emailed them and told them about it and received a response fairly quickly. I also wanted to add the engraving and told them what I wanted it to say. They made a new one and got it sent to my before my wedding day with no extra charge. I highly recommend!

Not honoring warranty and size replacement.

My wife ordered me a wedding band for our wedding and the size was too big. They said they will replace the ring with a different size within so many days for free. So we immediately ordered a new ring a bit smaller.
We got a response saying it will be 10 days until the fabricator is done, and that was on August 12th. It's been atleast 60 days since then and we haven't gotten any update or response.
The ring is awesome, but just too big.
So we are incredibly disappointed on how i can't wear it, and now we are worried we are never going to get the right size we ordered.
We are not wealthy, and this breaks our heart that people can be so dishonest about something that means so much..
Even though they said they will send a new one if the size is wrong. So far they are not honoring their warranty or anything they have stated about replacing.
I would be willing to update my review to a 5 star with all good things to say, but we would have be valued as a customer. Which means sending the ring they promised.
False advertising is illegal, and the authorities and better business bureau will be getting a report if the issue is not fixed.

I placed an order for a ring on 10/3/24, received a tracking number on 10/6/24. The tracking has been stuck on the following since 10/8/24. “Departed Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item. Was supposed to be delivered in 7-9 business days. It is not day 10. When I emailed them for information today got what seems like a generic AI response, guaranteeing they care about a hassle free experience, with no real information. The address online is Tokyo, the address on my invoice is Chicago. There is no customer support phone number.
I have asked for a refund, but don’t believe I will get a response.

Order#207530 - Need to Exchange - No response
First, let me preface by saying, we love the ring and the quality as my fiance is sensitive to some metals. However, ordering the wrong size was my error. We need the ring to be a 7.5. (seven and a half).
Unfortunately, I have made several attempts via email to contact your company to exchange the ring I purchased for my fiance with no response. I have checked my spam and promotion folders in Google as some emails get directed there. After reading reviews on Trustpilot, that seems to be the only way to get a response from your company.
Again, we love the ring, we just need to exchange it for a bigger size.
**Should I actually receive a response from your company and have a good customer experience, I could always amend this review but as of now, the jury is out.

Great customer experience
I ordered my ring from gentlebands a few weeks ago. I wanted something a bit different and had it printed with an inscription. The invoice came through and the ring arrived within the time the company had stated. It looks like good quality and is exactly what I wanted. I unfortunately ordered the wrong size so I emailed the support team who first sent me a ring resizer and then offered for me to keep my existing ring and they will send the correct sized one for no extra charge.
I have read other reviews about pricing etc and have to disagree, the customer service I have received has been excellent and I would recommend gentlebands to anyone.
They have responded to each of my emails within the same day and I’m in England so there is always going to be a time difference. The sizing issue wasn’t there fault and being offered a free replacement wasn’t something I expected.
The ring I ordered is great quality and exactly what I wanted.

Difficult to Contact
I ordered a ring and not 10 minutes passed, I sent an email asking to cancel the order. The invoice arrived with the 2nd October 2024 as the date, when in fact the order was placed on the 1st October 2024 No one has responded to me or tried to contact me.

Stunning Ring
Hi I ordered the Star Trek ring for my husband in June in time for our August wedding anniversary, it arrived in good time, well packaged and engraved. I was over the moon as some reviews of the company had been quite poor. I would order from them again and the ring is stunning and he gets compliments all the time. We are in England so I allowed enough time for the ring to be delivered in case it needed to be amended or changed.

Re-sized ring being replaced
The delivery took much longer than expected as we did not realize it was drop-shipped from China. They were responsive when asked about the tracking. The ring was beautiful and exactly what we ordered on receipt, however, it is too big and therefore un-wearable. We have received a helpful response from them and they have indicated they will replace the ring re-sized as needed, which we are pleased with as we do love the ring.

I ordered a ring from this website August 31st. It shipped on September 1st, from China. I have not received the ring and the tracking link I was sent tells me it hasnt even arrived in the US yet. Their website says it will only take 5-7 business days to receive an order. My wedding is now in 13 days and its looking like I will have to purchase another ring. I reached out to the company, hopefully I can get a refund. Their physical address is in Chicago so I didnt think the ring would be coming from China. Dont order from them.

The rings are drop-shipped
The rings are drop-shipped and marked up heavily ive purchaced a ring under "VAKKI 8mm Black Tungsten Carbide Ring Celtic Spiral Pattern and Red Guitar String Inlay High Polished Comfort Fit Size O to Y" from amazon wore it for atleast 2 years and it cost me around £20 i found the esact same ring on this site costing £120 going by "The Tide"
The site dresses the rings up to look like theyre worth alot of money and i think they look like theyre worth more then 20 quid in person but when Vakki sells the esact same drop shipped rings for ⅙ the price its hard to let that slide

Not what we wanted, but it's nice
The shipping time was really fast! Very happy with how fast it got here. They inscribed exactly what I wanted and I'm very happy with how it looks, but I am kind of disappointed with how the ring turned out. We ordered the Parachute Ring which looks amazing, big cogs with little cogs. The ring we got doesn't have any big cogs at all, it's a lot of little parts. It does look nice if it isn't compared to what we originally wanted, we like it but we are disappointed.

Not like pictures on the website
The product received really doesn’t look like the picture on their website at all. When I asked for a return they were asking pictures and after three emails nothing… the mention " 30-day No Question Asked Free Return ” is not true. Completely disappointed.
