Horrible Customer Service, do not use
I bought a laptop in March 2023 with 2 year extended accidental damage protection. 1.5 years after I bought it needed to be sent in for repairs. Ken has claimed that he is processing an RMA every day this week. I was on the phone for over an hour yesterday (after being on the phone every other day this week with him) and he would not confirm he processed the RMA or give me a number. I have been calling customer service all morning and afternoon and no one is answering, responding to my emails at all this week, or returning voicemails
