Horrible Customer Service, do not use

I bought a laptop in March 2023 with 2 year extended accidental damage protection. 1.5 years after I bought it needed to be sent in for repairs. Ken has claimed that he is processing an RMA every day this week. I was on the phone for over an hour yesterday (after being on the phone every other day this week with him) and he would not confirm he processed the RMA or give me a number. I have been calling customer service all morning and afternoon and no one is answering, responding to my emails at all this week, or returning voicemails

Scar 16 2023 - Store's promotion and customer service

Purchased Scar 16 2023 with promotion that included free re-pasting and thermal pad replacements. Arrived without any of that. Months of self-troubleshooting, determined the throttling was due to thermal - insufficient cooling, reached out again, Ken was willing to accept to do "another" repasting, I had to pay $40+ in shipping fees. Mail response was good, but the sent emails were clearly not being read in their entirety, which resulted in more, unnecessary emails. Unfortunate because the price is good, but the service and customer service needs work.

Best prices, amazing service.

I was drawn to GentechPC as they offered a variety of flexible upgrade options for performance, accessibility, and warranties. I was surprised at how many free high quality upgrade options there were including a dead pixel warranty and free repasting on the CPU and GPU. On top of all this their prices are fair and after discounts, I paid significantly less than their competitors.

Ken from GentechPC helped me through the entire processing of purchasing a new laptop. His email responses were prompt and over the phone and he was very knowledgeable about the hardware and technical aspects of the laptops they sell. Despite me bombarding him with questions he was patient and provided me with great service.

I just received my new laptop two days ago and after extensive testing, I can say proudly that I now own a beastly gaming machine.

Thank you again Ken for your excellent service and GentechPC for your amazing products and pricing.

Outstanding Customer Service

The best customer service I've had in quite some time.

I preordered a laptop that is in very high demand and backordered. Ken kept me updated every step of the way and when he finally got the laptop in stock, he shipped that day, for free.

Best of all? I was not asked to write a review, I chose to because of how great Gentech is. You can always tell when a company is sketchy. If they have to ask for reviews, something's up and there's nothing up with Gentech.
