Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 180 reviews, most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Customers generally appreciate the platform's comprehensive AI tools and agents, finding them useful for generating slides, images, and analyzing data. Many highlight the efficiency and productivity gained, noting continuous improvement and the ability to remember past interactions. However, a significant number express dissatisfaction with the subscription model, citing rapid credit consumption and restricted "unlimited" features. Many customers also report unresponsive customer service when resolving billing or cancellation issues. Some users find the product unintuitive or experience glitches like inconsistent AI output, file export difficulties, or account access problems.

Avoid!!

Avoid!!! They sell a product, albeit a bad and low quality one, but their customer service is awful. I exercised my right to cancel under the UK distance selling laws the annual membership within 6 days of purchasing it. So far have not received a response nor a refund. I received one short message on instagram asking for a copy of my email and then again silence…

I will never recommend anyone to purchase GenSpark based on my personal horrible experience. I purchased the package and just after 1 day, they wiped out my subscription and I lost all my credit. I questioned through feedback email, the response is ok, I will refund you, but I didn't get full refund due to exchange rate. The key point they missed is how come they have authority to wipe out customer's subscription without approval or even a notification. They even didn't bother to apologize and return the credit or to fix the problem and assure customer this will not happen. Very poor service. Lucky I just subscribe for 1 month to try, otherwise can you image how much money I am going to lose due to exchange rate? Hence, DON'T buy Genspark

Waste of money!

Genspark.ai is yet another AI tool NOT DELIVERING on its promise. Don't believe the hype, that is all marketing. As soon as you sign for a paid plan, they will rob you blind for rubbish, and I have the files for proof. I made one veo3 clip for around 100 credits, it was okay, not overwhelming, rather simple despite an improved prompt. Than I gave it 10 prompts ... And all went to hell. Instead of 1,000 credits, they deducted 9,000!!! All clips had real rubbish mistakes: some no audio, some distorted voice, mostly some text in it, that I never promoted. After contacting support: no reaction. Money gone, credits gone, EXPENSIVE RUBBISH EXPERIENCE!!!

Genspark: The Emperor's New AI — Paying Premium for the Privilege of Déjà Vu

I'm absolutely *thrilled* to report that Genspark's 'revolutionary agentic AI' has managed the impressive feat of being virtually indistinguishable from OpenAI's o3—except for the hefty price tag, of course! How delightful to pay premium rates for the exact same capabilities I already have access to elsewhere! The marketing team promised me a superintelligent digital assistant that would transform my workflow, but instead, it delivered what appears to be a carbon copy of existing technology with a shiny new logo. Perhaps the truly 'agentic' part is how efficiently it extracted US$239.88 from my wallet for a year's subscription of repackaged functionality. Next time, I'd appreciate it if the chasm between ambitious marketing claims and actual product capabilities wasn't quite so Grand Canyon-esque. I'd gladly reconsider if Genspark could demonstrate actual value beyond what's already available—until then, I'll stick with solutions that don't require me to pay twice for the same underperforming SaaS tool to experience the disappointment again.
