I was simply scammed by this website. I paid $35 for a Star Rail account, and as soon as I tried to log in (I did it exactly as instructed), it said I needed to verify with the email. So I tried to log in to the email to verify, and it said the email password was incorrect. This made my account inaccessible. I reached out to support for literal months, and they kept telling me to wait or that I did not follow the instructions correctly. I sent them screenshots of each step like a tutorial. They said if it was truly a mistake, they would make it right, and that was also months ago. My order number is 80299, and when I received the email for my order, it said my order number was also 6932530921739. I received my order with the incorrect account information on January 28th, 2025, and it's been 4 months! Don't trust this website, you have less than a 50 percent chance to actually get what you pay for.

Sold me an account that was already banned 4 days before i purchased it, when i contacted support they claimed it must've been my fault and I somehow got it banned before even buying the account.

It seems multiple people have written similar review as well. Never had a problem with other sellers such as skye1204 and genshinaccounts.com

They sold me an account that was banned before purchase. When I emailed their support with proof they argued with me and threatened legal action. They're scammers.

I bought an account back on January 28th 2025 and I couldn't log in for few days, I tried contacting the team and they told me to wait, which I did and I couldn't log in even after one month. Tried reaching out to the support today but when I wanted to send a mail it said that it cannot be found.

Didn't get any refunds or another account. 10$ for nothing

Delivery not really fast and worst still sent an account not the region I purchase and took very long to response.i am still waiting for them how they can fix this issue.
