Attempted to initiate a health coach and the web page said "coaching is not offered outside of the U.S." Sent a request for assistance with no response. Reached out a 2nd time with no response. Testing is insightful, but I feel involving a health coach is important to leverage the data. I live in the United States.

Customer service is awful not only am I not understood but also have wait forever to get any response

This was the most generic useless result, did not come close to my actual blood work results. Total waste of money in my opinion.

I am very disappointed with my experience with GenoPalate. My sample was received on April 8th, and in the confirmation email, it clearly stated that results would be available within three weeks. Today is May 9th — over four weeks later — and I still have no results, no daily updates, and not even a single apology for the delay. This level of communication is unacceptable, especially considering the price of the service. I expected a much more professional and transparent process.

I really am loving GenoPalate ! The insights are super helpful in navigating an ever changing and sometimes trendy dietary landscape. Wild to find out there are some oils better for me than others and knowing this will affect virtually all my cooking. I also really like seeing items like basil work so well for me and can be added easily to many meals.

Overall positive experience! I was a bit underwhelmed initially after receiving my results because on the surface - I wasn't sure what it was indicating or what I would be able to learn but after doing the consultation with the Genopalate coach - I was able to understand more of the data and the benefits it could provide if I used it correctly.

Great offering and super informative insight into my optimal foods. I’ve worked the recommendations into my weekly meal plans and feel great! They have a very unique offering with insight into myself based on my dna I haven’t seen anywhere else. Cool stuff!

I have been trying to get my test kit registered and cannot get any response. It keeps saying my Order number and test kit is not found. I put it the information that was on my invoice.

I do not remember the exact month/year that I signed up for GenoPalate, however, this service will be there for you with health-related support when you need it. The times that I have contacted this office, they have always responded 100%. Today's brief call met all my expectations and then some. Frankie answered all questions about the vitamins as well as other general food questions.

Working with Bria made my experience better than expected! She diligently answered all of my questions and went above and beyond during our interaction by making sure I was registered and could log into my account successfully.

They did an initial analysis that actually flagged the atypical celiac genes that are the source of every person with celiac in my family.

And then they came back and said, "Well, we don't like that study." No amount of asking them to reconsider changing their initially correct (!!) results would sway them.

So, they're intentionally giving bad, unscientific advice?

If you're looking for celiac testing for atypical genes, they will deliberately give you an incorrect answer. I would avoid them, so that you're not wasting your time with bad scientific health data.
