I have a prescription placed since…
I have a prescription placed since 4/4/22. Label created waiting for items to ship since 4/5/22. Filed a new order request on 4/8/22 with priority shipping the order label has been created waiting on items to ship since 4/10/22. It is now 4/12/22, I've been out of medicine since 4/8/22. I did the "Live Chat" yesterday, was told it takes up to 5 business days to receive your order. "Keep watching your mailbox. Sometimes the USPS doesn't follow up on their tracking." IF YOU NEED TO HAVE YOUR MEDICINE ON TIME, PLEASE USE ANOTHER COMPANY. I have 2 pending orders for the same prescription. Both prescriptions have now made it to the USPS 4/13/22 and should be arriving by 4/16/22. Doubt I get my 4.99 back for priority mail. Update 4/18/22 I was refunded my priority mail upgraded delivery and both orders have been delivered.

GeniusRX used to be MailMyPrescriptions. They used to have superior customer service, but ever since they changed their name (were they bought by some other company?) the service is awful. Long wait-times on the phone is one issue. Then the person can't help you and you're back on hold. The other issue is that they do not ship right away. My prescription has been waiting to be filled for 6 days. It shows that a mailong label has been generated, but that's all. When customer service goes down the drain, the company will soon follow.

This agent steered me thru the slightly wonky online Rx refill process. She also explained the difference between Genius and Simple Care, which I think will benefit me greatly in the future when I try lower my drug costs. Her name was Denise and it was a pleasure speaking with her!

My doctor had already sent my RX to CVS, but I luckily discovered GeniusRx before picking up at CVS. (GeniusRX had a much lower price AND free shipping!) When I added my medication to the cart, I was unsure if GeniusRX could help me transfer my RX from CVS, so I contacted GeniusRX live chat support. Within seconds, I was connected with Kinga. Kudos man! Super knowledgeable rep, answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly.

HUGE savings on prescriptions and great customer service
I recently used Genius Rx and was extremely pleased with the cost savings on my husband’s prescription. When I called to inquire about the status of my order, the person who took my call was most pleasant and answered all my questions about using their mail order service. Their policy is to not charge your credit card until the medication has shipped. It took 8 days for USPS to deliver the medication but the cost savings was well worth the wait! I plan to use Genius Rx for future prescriptions but will be sure to order refills early enough that possible extended delivery times won’t be a problem.

Even worse that cable providers!
GeniusRx is the absolute worst service provider of any entity that I have done business with (even worse than cable companies and thats saying something). Takes 75 minutes!!!! on phone waiting and going through the process of ordering prescriptions; website does not list scripts for easy ordering, and info on the website is wrong; When I try to use Live Chat ....I wait and wait and wait. In my opinion, this company is not ready for prime time.

I just saved $400/year by moving my subscription from Caremark mail order to single care genius rxmail order. Nicole helped me out thru online chat to create the order and she then changed it to transfer the RX from Caremark. She was exceptionally helpful.

I can NOT recommend this company - ever!
I can NOT recommend this company. I ordered a prescription last November. It arrived fairly quickly. All was good at that point. It was then time to request a refill. I did that using the phone number on the bottle. When leaving the request there was no indication of any problem. Then I waited and waited - for weeks. No refill received. I tried again...same situation. I got on chat and was told they couldn't refill my prescription because they did not have a credit card on file. So I got off the chat to confirm this. There is NO PLACE on the website (which by the way is awful and the most primative and unsophisticated website I've seen in a long time...) to enter credit card information. I later learned this was totally untrue - that this was NOT the reason they were not refilling my prescription. I called the number and after waiting 30 minutes on hold, I finally spoke to a very lovely woman. She looked into my situation and told me that my drug is on back order - and has been since December!!! She also said she could not see anything that showed her when they would again have the product. What is interesting is that this is not a rare drug. Any local pharmacy could fill it the same day! She tried to apologize as I expressed my frustration and confirmed that I will never use this service again. I will be transferring the prescription to a local pharmacy tomorrow. Even though she was nice and tried to help (and finally told me the truth about my refill), she also told me even though she was farily new, I was not the first person to express such frustration to her. I suggested she keep her resume ready and her options open - or she'd need to get a tough skin to handle these calls. Worse service - even if they woman on the phone tried and was pleasant, her hands are tied if the company is crap.
UPDATE - I hope this gets to the GeniusRX people. You will see their response below. NO WHERE in my review did I mention the drug I needed. This was done intentionally because I believe in keeping my medical situation private. The response from GeniusRX did not hesitate to mention my personal drug information - clearly mentioning the drug that is prescribed to me. I wonder if this is even legal under HIPAA rules. This is just another reason that I don't trust this service and will not use this company again.
NOTE - After my update, they removed the name of my medication - and yet they still didn't include a way to reach out to them - not that I'm interested.....

Not worth it
Extremely poor customer service renders the “savings” meaningless.
I had been a customer for several years. I refilled my prescriptions in the Fall. THEY allegedly miscalculated the amount owed by a few dollars (literally, a few dollars, and long after payment and shipping). Months later I got a confusing message about the issue, but no calls. Calling them requires an over-long wait time at that, which I nonetheless did.
After recently placing another refill, my order was CANCELED, without warning. Again, no calls but a nonsensical email saying they had been trying to call, which was completely inaccurate.
So: poor systems, even poorer customer service, and unprofessional behavior.
Just not worth it.
Update: It’s been a month and a half from my initial comments. Notwithstanding the company Response in this forum, I never heard a peep from them. Which failing I must say does not surprise. They like to say they communicate, but they do not. So, I reaffirm my earlier advices that, yes, they have lower prices, however; those savings are just not worth the issues with the service.

Flat out and out trouble Customer service
If at all possible I would of put a negative star . I went on line and ordered the first week of Feb. 2022 hadn't received or heard anything by the 15th so i went to chat , after waiting for a half hour I finally got an answer . Come to find out that they had lost my order or as they say didn't receive it, This was a refill not a new prescription I reordered it and was told it would be priority mail no charge whigh would have been delievered on Saturday at the earliest but being presidents day on Monday and thought i would of recived it on Tuesday. Nope not here , looked on USPS tracking and it was sitting in Memphis Ten. only been out since the first of month . So called and was on the phone for over an hour they told me that they would send another bottle out why would they do that ? it would take another 2 to how many days to get here so why start over , was talking to them and got disconnected since I didn't want to sit on hold , or explain to someone else what was going on I didn't call back. Never got a call text EMail nothing . Today on the 26th I FINALLY received it package with a hole in it taped up opened it and tablets laying loose in package broken lid and missing 24 tablets Again contacted Chat told me that I would have to EMail pictures to rxhelp@genuisrx guess what can't get in .

Avoid doing business with GeniusRx. I have had to deal with multiple pharmacies in order to minimize IVF costs and GeniusRx has been by far the worst to deal with. They cancelled my order numerous times without sending me an email and then after waiting for 20 minutes to finally speak with a pharmacist told me the order was cancelled because they didn't actually carry the medicine advertised on their website. Poor experience.

Horrible customer service and poor shipping
The customer service and ship time with this company are terrible. Near impossible to get anyone on the phone. When I did, they hung up on me when I had a complaint about my missing order. That brings me to my next issue. A month later and my shipment is still lost and they want me to wait until 5 days before I run out ??
@geniusrx update 3/2: your timeline is off and the package was never received. Also I have noticed a theme of hang in reviews and phone system issues in your replies. I suggest a new phone system. I’m done with your company and I won’t be recommending anyone to use your company.

This is the first review I've ever written. I'd rather not write a review unless I feel like I've really been treated unreasonable. I'm 65 years old and have been through a lot of horrible interaction with businesses online and off. As well as having to get the BBB or the state Attorney general involved. But as far as GeniusRx is if they treated any others as bad as they've treated me I would honestly wonder how on earth they could stay in business.
I basically chose to use GeniusRx because their prices are so much less than any other pharmacy I could find online or out in the real world and using a GoodRx card as well. Not all pharmacies honor the GoodRx card.
Second, I live over 20 miles away from the nearest pharmacy and it just makes sense to use a mail order. BUT only if they can deliver on time. GeniusRx has NOT be able to ever since I've started using them. Everytime I place an order that is something I need to consider. Will they be able to send my prescription to me before I run out. I've run out twice before they've been able to sent it to me. So, I try to order way ahead of time in order to get it before I run out. They've still failed. They are totally unpredictable as far as them making sure your prescription will arrive on time.
As far as trying to contact them either by email, phone or even their online chat. As far as I'm concerned, they have the poorest customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. If I send an email at best it's within a couple of days before I get a reply, usually while waiting for a prescription to arrive that I'm about to run out of. Every time I've called them if I don't get hung up on (their phone system seems to be full of glitches) they will tell me my wait time is an hour and a half. My doctor who has called several time told me that she gets the same message every time and doesn't have time to wait. I don't have time to wait. Trying to contact them through their online chat is a lesson in perseverance and patience and seems to be a chat line version that came out in the early 2000's, antiquated and slow as molasses.
After so many attempts to get a refill without any results. I told them in an email that if they couldn't get their $h1+ together I was going to drop them (anyone with more sense than me would've already) and if they wanted to keep me as a customer they would send this medication ASAP and over night it no charge for all the aggravation they've put me through. I didn't hear anything for a couple of days so I called my doctor to have the prescription call in at the nearesr Wallgreens 25 miles away and down 10 mile of switch back mountain roads. I did pick the presciption up and came home to a phone call message from so and so, I don't remember the woman's name. She said she was so sorry what I've been through and that because of that that they wer going to over night the medication "FREE OF CHARGE!". I got it a week later.
My latest episode with GeniusRx is another attempt to have a refill of a prescription that my doctor said was good for 6 months and I could refill as needed. That is what it says on the GeniusRx prescription label,"May be refilled as need until 08/30/2022, just above the Dr's name on the lower right hand corner of the GeniusRx prescription label attached to the box the medication came in.
I placed the order over a week ago and a couple days later on 02/07/2022 GeniusRX notified me that the order had been submitted. At that point I hadn't run out of medication, but it was getting close. I thought I was ordering early enough so that GeniusRx could do their usual slow fumbling around and I can finally get my medication before I ran out. FYI, I always give them my prescription number, name, address, phone number (they already have that as well as my CC#) and anything I think they might need, short of my SS# so that my prescription arrival will be as seemless as possible. I just never know with GeniusRx.
Low and be hold! On 02/12/22 I get a message from GeniusRx that my order has been canceled! They said,
"We’ve reached out to your provider and have been unable to obtain your prescription due to the following:
Your provider did not respond to our multiple requests
We were unable to obtain a prescription, so your cart has been closed. The pre-authorization on your credit card is voided and any holds will expire based on your card processor's schedule."
They already have a prescription from my doctor good for almost 6 months!
AND
"If you have any questions or require further assistance, please contact us."
How the "H" "e" double "l" can I contact them when they don't answer their phone and can't leave a message and it takes days to get an email reply?
Then they send me a "Don't forget to refill your prescriptions" email the next day.
I've since sent them a emails with a photo copy of the prescription label attached spent just about all day trying to contact them

Not bad overall
We have been doing business with this firm for several years. Good prices and somewhat adequate service. Delivery is not as prompt as it used to be when they were mailmyprescriptions.com, but ok if you plan ahead. I would give the ease of the online interface a 5 out of ten, it should be easier to order refills.
Just an opinion on the recent flood of five star reviews referencing a customer service rep by name... seems a little out of the ordinary - perhaps someone is stacking the deck?
