My grand kids love their tables, have created their own space for a quiet time.

Placed an order for 2x sets, arrived a month later, which has passed the trip that I needed for my kids.
Wanted to return the item for a full refund, they gave me an address in China with a bogus name to return my item.
Company is registered in Hong Kong, parcel was sent from Walsall in UK, yet they want me to return the item back to China.
Avoid at all cost with these TAX & VAT dodger!!!

***UPDATE 18/08/2023***
I have sent the items back with the address and contact provided by GENION KIDS, I have just received an email from UPS stating that the return address and recipient are false, shown once again GENION KIDS are scamming people. I am going to report the case to trading standard and see what can be done.

I am STILL waiting to receive this item. I ordered it in plenty of time (according to info at time of ordering) so I would have it for her birthday July 27th but haven’t seen it yet.

I recieved 2 units, and both my sons ages 6 and 9 loved it. They expressed how comfortable it was to use their pads and or laptop while on the couch.

We are loving our new desks. My son's keep thanking me everyday and my oldest keeps telling me his back no longer bothers him. That is a huge success. I have even used the desk with my laptop and it works well. It is very light weight which I think comes in handy for traveling with it. We have not had any problems with the parts popping off. As long as you securely click the sections in, it's good and sturdy.

Very helpful and useful thing, especially for kids any age.

Fantastic product for kids, they use it for everything from reading to iPads. If I had anything to offer I would love a heavy base option.

Its not worth the money because for 7 year old its not big enough for a book or to write as it becomes shaky. I think for the price i havent got i wanted. May be should hv gone for adult one. I threw out the box so not even sure even i cn get refund.

The product is okay. But the top constantly pops off. And when I ordered it online it showed the desk, the blue ray glasses and a night light. We did not get the night light with the package. I ordered it online from facebook. Not getting the night light makes the item too expensive. When purchasing it I calculated the three items and felt that was a good price. I purchased 3 at once.

Genion Kids lap desk is awesome! We use it every day me and my daughter.

Got with the product and it was packaged very well but lamp box was crumpled, the lens surround is slightly chipped and the lens is scratched in multiple places. I am not paying to return so just let down by one small thing.

Great innovation to help posture and to avoid drawing or reading in the floor

The whole process was easy and the tracking was up to date. The product is exactly as they show it, really nice and perfect for the purpose. Good value for money

This is a great product. The cost is worth it. So great for kids and adults alike. Probably be buying a few more in the near future.

Item arrived on time, nifty little piece of equipment, lots of different uses (e.g. Great for kids posture when on tablet and also good as a laptop lift when typing for me). I do think that it's a bit pricey though 30 quid would have been about right... The little pencil case made up for it though, I LOVE the little fold down pencil case!

My daughter loves it! Very good purchase. 🙂
