Everything was promised as it was on the website. I purchased 2 downloads. The first course, I got the link automatically. My second course had no link, and told me to wait shortly... (keep in mind I made this purchase at 4am in the morning...) I did not see the link for a few hours, so I decided to send a message. Within a few hours I got a fast response from the support team !!! and they sent me the course link as promised, and even chatted with me a bit to see if I had any questions... I rate this experience very good, as it was easy, promised, and even had a personal/professional touch when it came to customer support.
