I signed up on Genfx broker to stay off…
I signed up on Genfx broker to stay off the radar since it is an offshore broker, but eventually it turned out to be a big mistake at my end. I should not have trusted them. My first payout went smooth, but the subsequent payout got rejected without any legit reason. The customer support keeps saying they will let me know shortly, but nada!
I hope to hear back soon from them before my patience really runs out

Couldnt regret more. I wish I hadn't sign up with this unregulated broker at all. Signing up with an unregulated broker comes with its own disadvantage. They can do whatever they can and there's no regulatory body who we can look up on.
Genfx markets stole away my deposit worth $2500 for my ECN account and simply said it did not reflect there must be a technical glitch. Oh what a shame!!! And there's nothing that I can do because they are unregulated. Lesson learnt!

I sent my deposit to the wrong bitcoin address (an old deposit from genesisfx) and emailed support about my mistake and to see what could be done.
Marina Genesis was able to confirm my deposit and get my funds added to my live account.
Without her help I would've lost my deposit to the blockchain!
