Everyone at Genesis was welcoming and helpful. Dr. Grazi and his team were all amazing! Happy and Healthy four months pregnant with twins!

We love Genesis. The facilities are gorgeous and state of the art. All of the providers are really kind and caring and the communication is fast and thorough. I will always recommend them!

What an incredible experience at Genesis Fertility from the very beginning. The staff was exceptionally attentive and helpful, making every visit a pleasant one. The front desk team consistently greeted me with warmth and kindness, addressing all my questions with patience and professionalism. They were also incredibly accommodating when it came to scheduling appointments.

However, the standout for me was Dr. Richard Grazi. He is truly a phenomenal doctor—warm, inviting, and possessing a calm demeanor that made me feel at ease throughout my journey. His approach reassured me during a time that could easily have been overwhelming.

If you’re seeking a fertility specialist, I cannot recommend Genesis Fertility highly enough. From the doctor to the receptionists, to the phlebotomists, everyone was amazing. You will receive the best care possible here.

I really appreciate how professional the staff is here. The wait area is calm and clean. The staff are skilled and friendly especially the phlebotomist Jessica. She never struggles to find a vein and just makes the job looks flawless.

This place had great reviews on Google, my initial experience was nice. When I was able to go through with treatment I was initially disappointed with the lack of experience of one of the sonographers and the seemingly bad timing/disorganization of my medication and timing of visits and procedure that ended up failing. I voiced my concerns directly with Genisis & didn't hear back until after leaving a Google review (the person in charge of reviewing internal reviews stated she was on vacation & that is why there was a delay in her response to me). My concerns were promptly addressesed by both a manager and my doctor and adjustments were made when I moved forward with my second treatment which ended up being successful. As long as they keep up with transparent communication, treating all patients equally and treating any concerns seriously I would recommend this place to anyone that would like to undergo fertility treatments. (I saw Dr. Ross and did 2 rounds of IUI with medication)

Everyone in the office from the lovely ladies at the front desk, the phlebotomists, the ultrasound techs, nurses and doctors - we’re all AMAZING. If you’re visiting the office you’re likely there often and they make you feel welcomed and like family. I worked with Doctor Melzer-Ross. She is soft spoken, honest, and makes you feel very comfortable. My husband and I had lots of questions and she was patient in answering all of them. I can not recommend this office enough.

Genesis is a well run fertility clinic with very professional, compassionate doctors and staff. They are very organized and provided amazing care that led to the birth of my healthy, beautiful baby.

13 years ago dr grazi helped in the blessing of being our twin girls and 13 years later he helped in making my wife pregnant again with another set of twins that were frozen for 13 years… what a blessing

The experience is already not a dignifying one for a man on top of being a stressful personal matter to boot. The young women at the front desk came across as inconvenienced and flat-out rude. Customer service is nil, and considering the very personal, sensitive, and intimate circumstances for families, respect shouldn't be an afterthought. At one point, my wife couldn't stop sneezing and asking and thanking one of the young ladies for tissues seemed to be an inconvenience, as there was no acknowledgement. Without even making eye contact, a tissue box was held in front of me and quickly placed back on her side of the plexiglass.

Then there was the very strange arrangement and experience I had when my name was called. These details will remain private and I will gladly share them with the clinic if anyone were to reach out.

I’ve waited a long time to write this review. I am currently in the middle of my first pregnancy thanks to Dr. Kotlyar and staff. I recommend everyone I know to Genesis. The staff is incredible! Every step of this long 2+ year journey has been miserable but their kind words and compassion made everything much better. I will forever be grateful for them all, without them I would never have felt the little kicks from my little boy! After 4 failed IUI’s and 3 failed embryo transfers I’m due in April and cannot wait to meet our little baby! Thank you to Dr. Kotlyar and all staff that had even an ounce to do with my successful pregnancy!

I have waited a year to leave this review.
My husband and I had been to a fancy Manhattan-based clinic. It felt like a factory or assembly line.

While it was a difficult decision to switch, have never regretted the choice. I highly recommend Genesis . Dr. Chiware was my doctor and if I ever choose to have another child, I will specifically ask for her care.

While the Genesis Brooklyn Office isn’t sparkling and new, the team from the front desk to the doctors are very professional and very attentive. They serve a diverse community and are well trained and have good people skills.

Our doctor, Dr. Chiware, was, and continues to be phenomenal! She made herself available, answered all her questions, was very professional, of course, but very up-to-date in her field. She managed her entire IVF process, including the planning and changes to our plans, and the implantation, which is the trickiest part.

I was pregnant from the first implantation and now I have a healthy baby.

All I can say I had an amazing and positive experience. Dr. Kotlyar helped us get pregnant . He explained everything very clearly and he was just amazing. Everyone at the clinic were helpful and caring. If you want someone with knowledge use them!

My experience at genesis was great. I got pregnant on my second cycle of trying but that ended up being a chemical pregnancy. It took me 8 months after to finally getting pregnant after 3 or 4 failed iui. I got pregnant on my own while I took a month off. Unfortunately I ended up losing my pregnancy at 4 months due to incompetence cervix. I do plan on going back to genesis, this time I’m going to do ivf.

Amazing office with amazing staff. The facility has everything you need for journey to parenthood. Who wouldn't love a staff of doctors that rank at the top of their respective specialties?? Not this MOM!!!!! I feel very blessed to have our son with the hope of more children. I recommend them to anyone TTC.....update Welcomed a baby boy in 2017 and 2020 and expecting another April 2023. I'm am once again grateful to give Dr. Grazi and his staff a raving review.

I recommend anyone that need infertility treatment to Genesis. They are absolutely amazing from Dr.Chiware to the entire staff(lab techs, sonogram techs,nurses, IVF nurses to the receptionists and billing staff ❤️❤️

The contract was concluded for 2.5 years, after 1.5 years, the payment was interrupted and the answer to 2 calls, why the payment was stopped, I was told that they had technical problems. Mining continues, but with many times less yield, but the payment does not take place.

Dr. Ross, the best doctor, she gave us the opportunity to become parents, I am eternally grateful to her!!! Genesis is a great clinic, I was always greeted with love and always cared about me, I was always able to ask a lot of questions that interested me and always received answers. Professional nurse and very polite receptionist. Thank you 🙏

Genesis was very helpful and would keep me updated with everything. When I had blood work and a sonogram I would receive a phone call that same day to know what the next step was.

Everyone at Genesis is caring and wonderful. The Doctors, Nurses, Lab and staff. Highly recommend.

Dr. Melzer-Ross was wonderful and kind. We consulted with her after IUI with another doctor, but was planning to make the switch to Genesis if it didn’t take as to not miss out on a cycle. We followed up with blood work and the first couple of sonograms with her. She was caring and considerate even though we had already gotten pregnant (we didn’t know I was pregnant until after we switched practices as it was too early to know) that initial experience was better than the doctor I saw prior to switching over. Our baby girl is now 5 months old 😊
