Very poor service. The test kits are supplied without any instructions. There is a unique bar code which no one tells you to keep a note off as it’s on the sample kit. I sent off my key not knowing I had to note down the bar code. Now there are no test results. There phone lines are not working. My early release test results are due fir 60 hrs now. I am spending a sleepless night as the company is unreachable. They need to refund the money or provide the test results.

Have shopped with these guys a couple of times. Quick to respond to queries and a friendly customer service team.

I have had a few issues with their carriers, Startrack and Fastway Couriers. I understand that they don't have heaps of control over a carrier - however it's their choice to use them, and that's why they're not 5 stars.

Couriers showed up a day or 2 late the first time. Second time they didn't show up at all, marked it as 'undeliverable' (office which is manned 7am-6pm and easily locatable, so I had to go and pick it up from the depot, which was a bit of a pain.

However the products they re-sell are top notch and I'll keep shopping here. Just wish we had some useful couriers!
