Amazing service and doctor thank you so much

I did a lot of research before deciding to go with General Medicine. They are 100% legit. A Zoom call was scheduled for a time that was convenient for me after work hours. The Dr I met with was obviously well versed in my issues and asked questions and listened to and answered my questions. She was patient and thoughtful throughout the call. A week later I requested a follow up visit. Since the results from my first visit were so successful I had more questions. I had a same day Zoom consult and again the Dr was exactly what I needed in terms of thoughtfulness and patience. I could not be happier with this group and look forward to working further with them to get me to the next chapter of my life.

I was so happily surprised by the efficiency of seeing an actual MD physician! We discussed my situation and need and she solved it quickly! I will definitely use them again! There were no hidden costs, no upselling to join a subscription service or anything. Very satisfied all the way around.

This was such an easy and affordable way to get medical care. They even worked with my insurance to get my prescription covered!

The appointment times are very convenient and easy to do. I prefer to see the same doctor but there have been a couple of times that wasn't possible, every doctor or staff that I have worked with have been wonderful. They all listen, which is huge, ask questions and allow you to ask questions. These conversations lead to better care. No one has ever made me feel bad about asking or explaining my situation. I feel heard with all my communications. And I absolutely love Dr. Johnny Guzman.

Everyone I have talked to has been amazing. They working amazingly as a team. They did exactly what they they said they were going to do and in the time frame they said it would be done. I've had multiple doctors over the last few months try to help and we're unable. Thanks to the team on here I now have new medication that has worked so well. Everyone you speak to is nice, caring, compassionate, professional and very knowledgeable. The appointments I've had were thorough. They worked very quickly to get me some relief and even scheduled appointments with specialists that I need to see in person. I was able to schedule my appointments around my work schedule instead of missing work. I absolutely recommend this service to everyone!

This is a sham company they do nothing g they advertise. The doctors will determine your problems are text book. Don’t get ripped off for a Referal you could get from the white pages or a google search.

Literally the best service I have received. I wouldnt have been able to get into see my doctor for weeks and was able to get an appt the next morning using General. Not only that, they handled all thr prior authorization steps with my insurance and I had the medication filled within 48 hrs of my appt. So impressed and think telehealth is becoming better than in person doctors for many reasons. Long wait times for appts is the biggest one.

Easy and convenient Excellent follow up

If there’s one word to describe getting care at General Medicine, it’s “magical”. I’ve never experienced something as quick, seamless, and elegant as the booking process here. Moreover, the care I received was top notch. I felt as though I was the one in control of my health and was working with the clinician rather than simply following instructions. Would recommend this to literally anyone who wants access to high quality care that is easily accessible.

One of the Best Primary doctors ive seen a long time. Lauralee Yalden is great. Very through . I will continue my care there. And the rest of the team is quick to respond whenever i text with a question or need help with anything. 5 stars . Highly recommend!

Super easy to make an appointment, verify insurance and pay, have appointment on the same day. Appointment was easy, prescription was submitted and ready same day. Reminders sent to schedule follow up and future needs regularly sent.

I love being able to see a dr from my own home and them working with me any time I have an issue or need medicine

They told me I’d be seeing a sleep specialist but I was sent to a primary care doctor who was just going to put in another referral to someone else for sleep specialty. I already have a primary care doc who did that the purpose of me making the appt was to see the sleep specialist which was falsely advertised. The woman I saw was also pretty rude and had very poor bedside manner.

I am without insurance and needed my prescription refilled. I found General Medicine and set up a text session. It was easy to set up, they were prompt and I had my prescription filled in no time. I am so glad I found them. It was the least expensive route I could find to keep my meds going without having to pay a ridiculous fee to see a Dr to get it refilled. I definitely would recommend General Medicine. 5 stars for sure.
