As a customer in the US purchasing…
As a customer in the US purchasing internationally, the transaction kept being denied due to credit card security features. Thankfully, the support team was very prompt in responding to my inquiry, and was vigilant in following up proactively as the issue persisted. Genecy's support team ultimately had a recommendation that enabled the purchase to go through successfully, and I was very pleased to have a resolution.

Excellent after sales service
We have been using the Genecy templates for a while now but recently we had a couple of issues where adverts were not tracking properly (the issue was ours). I contacted Genecy hoping they may be able to help and I can only say the after sales service was second to non. Thank you !
