I paid for a one year subscription to their Genealogy Library. After registering I was transferred to an online textbook service company that specializes in college textbooks. I have not received my product. I have emailed multiple times and called their office. No response. Completely non-responsive. Very poor experience and what appears to be an online scam of some sort.
