We have a Warrior Generator with ATS installed which originally failed to work on mulitple occasions.
Then we found Victor at Gencontrol who advised us what actions we should take, and when I pleaded with him to help, he just got in his car and drove more than 2 hours to come and fix it for us.
Since then we had two power cuts and the ATS has started successfully without any issues. Obsolutely top customer service from Gencontrol along with a very knowledgable team. Thank you very much.
