I purchased a ring

I purchased a ring, and within 4 months, the stone fell out. I tried to get in touch with customer service at the email provided in my order email, and it bounced back. I looked up the company, and it is no longer in business. This is a scam.

Ordered a set on sale Oct 3rd, 14 days later sent an Email and the response was it takes time to make these... sent another email each week with no response. Attempted to use the chat feature on the website and it went off line when I asked about my order. Total scam

Order Placed, Never Received

I placed an order for 2 rings on September 30th. It is now November 5th. I have received no communication or tracking number. I only have the email with the order confirmation. I have sent 3 emails over the past week with no response. I just sent another email requesting information about my order. The email bounced back as undeliverable stating not a valid email. The email address is what is on their website and my order confirmation so I am not sure what is going on. Did they go out of business. Website is still live. I guess I will need to dispute with my bank.

I ordered a ring that they said would be shipped in 5-7 days. It has been a month and still nothing. I wrote them asking for an update and they promised it would be shipped by last Friday. Nothing. I want a refund and I'm feeling very scammed.

I purchased a solid 14kt sapphire ring

I purchased a solid 14kt sapphire ring, I received it in the time frame that was stated. When I got I it I was surprised at the color of gold. It also was not what I expected and wanted to return it. I tried at least a couple dozen times to get on website for customer service. To no avail!!! All I want to do is return this ring and get a refund. Please let me know how to do so.

I wouldn't even give a star. I ordered two rings. Didnt receive any notice of the status of the order. I emailed the merchant about the return policy, no reply at all. All of a sudden like about a month later, I got an email about the status of the order. The package finally arrived! I saw the seal of the package was tampered. The box was opened which I thought was strange. Then when I opened the two jewelry boxes, to my shock, there was no rings inside!!!!! I have never encountered a purchase like this. When I emailed them right away and asked for a refund. As usual like the first time, no reply. I wonder whether this site really legit?!

I don't usually write reviews. This is only the second review I wrote because of my very disappointing experience. U didn't reply to me until I wrote this review and you emailed me back so quickly!
In this case, I find I am the victim of discrepancy. I paid for my order but I didn't receive the products or refund. I have a surveillance camera in front of the house and garage. The record showed no one approached the house after the delivery. My husband and I were flying back from a vacation on the day of the delivery and I could check the camera while being away. That's when I realized the package was delivered. The problem was I didn't get any notification of the arrival of the order until about a month later! No reply to my first email about the arrival status. Not even a range of period of time of arrival.
I received a picture of proof of delivery of the package but the picture showed the front of the package.
The bottom line is my experience is super disappointing!!!

The reason I emailed you about the return policy is because I have never ordered anything from this company and I wanted to protect myself in case I needed to return the products. The policy stated in your website didn't make sense to me. That's why I emailed you. I have attached the content of the email here! I had no other motivation! I always order online and this experience is by far the worst!

Hello, can you please advise the status of my order?

Also, I have a question regarding the return policy. It states that it is a free return but on the same page that the customer is required to pay for the shipping fee and taxes. Please clarify.

We’d like to clarify this situation so as not to mislead our other customers.

Upon receiving the package, the customer immediately sent us photos showing that the shipping box had been tampered with and that only empty jewelry boxes were inside—no products—claiming the package was opened during transit and requesting a full refund.

We took this very seriously and responded by investigating the issue right away:

Our warehouse has a strict quality control process, and we keep visual records of every shipment. We were able to provide clear photos showing that both rings were securely packed at the time of dispatch.

Our shipping partner also maintains full delivery tracking and was able to provide timestamped proof-of-delivery photos showing the parcel was delivered intact and to the correct address.

All of this evidence was shared with the customer as part of our effort to resolve the matter transparently. We were hoping to discuss a solution together. Unfortunately, before any resolution could be reached, the customer left this rather extreme review.

We feel this feedback does not fairly reflect our service or our product standards. It’s also worth noting that the customer inquired about our return policy just four days after placing the order, which, when combined with the rest of the events, left us genuinely confused about the motivation behind this case.

We’ve worked with trusted shipping partners for years and have never encountered a situation like this. We take pride in our product integrity, shipping reliability, and customer support—and we believe it’s important for readers to see the full picture.

Item not as described

I ordered a gold vermeil bracelet with some gemstone charms and the item I received does not seem to match the description. The item pictures show pink, red, orange, green, blue, purple and pink. The item I received has white, red, purple, green, light green, light blue, and white. The stone cut also isn't as shown in the pictures. It took a month for my order to ship and my inquiries about the status of my order went unanswered for over a month. Though I'm not really happy with what I received, it doesn't seem worth it to make a return since everything takes so long, and it took over a month and a half for my order to be delivered.

My second purchase with GEMX for Xmas…

My second purchase with GEMX for Xmas 2024. Unfortunately the ring was too big and sent an email for an exchange on December 11/2024. After several weeks waiting and multiple emails I received a message on where I can send this ring to for an exchange ( Covina / California ). It's March 20th/2025 today and still no replacement after several more emails. No one to speak with and a lack lustre customer service. #GEMX24113940
I don't want a refund, I just would like the ring I paid for. Please... how difficult can this be??

My wife absolutely loves their…

My wife absolutely loves their products! The gemstones are so shiny, and the industrial-style designs are just her thing. Shipping took a little longer than expected, but she was over the moon when the necklace arrived. Totally worth it!

Don’t buy in GEMX

Don’t buy in GEMX. Very bad service. They take much more money than they say, “for taxes”, and the time was much longer than they say. So after one month waiting I want back my money.

The amethyst necklace in silver is so pretty…

I ordered the amethyst necklace in silver. I have the wrong address and they fixed it quickly. I received my item in about 4 weeks to my correct address. They sent a box, a bag and a silver tarnish cloth. I can confirm the items on their site is exactly what I received. The stone is quite nice and clear and very beautiful quality. I meanwhile bought several items (rings, earrings, a chain) of this company. They all look as described and are very well made. Once an item didn‘t arrive and they sent it again without additional charging. I am very contend!

No hallmark for precious metal and no certificates for gems

Markets itself as a US company, but product ships from China. I purchased a gold vermeil necklace, which is 925 sterling silver and gold plating on it. The item has absolutely NO hallmarks, as a minimum it should have the 925 hallmark for the silver as the main metal. No certificate for the gems either. So I paid a price for real jewellery and received just what seems is a quality trinket bijou sold at any shop, no value to it what-so-ever. Very disappointed and feel cheated. Should be 1 start, giving 2nd start only the for the design of the necklace.
