​While I appreciate the transparency regarding the current volume at PSA, the reality is that the current timeline is becoming unsustainable for those of us operating as small businesses. We understand the hobby is "strong," but a lack of sequential processing and the inability to provide firm guarantees makes it nearly impossible to forecast revenue or manage inventory.
​Scaling staff is a step in the right direction, but we need more than just "it will finish eventually." As a consistent submitter, I’m looking for more predictability so that my business—and others like mine—can continue to support the grading ecosystem without facing months of stagnant capital.
