Have been a customer for about a year. This is easily the most stable and cost effective service I've used. It's feature rich. Only thing is that the follow/chatbots are not functional, but the viewer side is flawless

These do not look real!!! When you go to make a return you have to send to Singapore!! Plus almost 20 dollars restock fee!
What a rip off! They do not mention that you have to return to Singapore!!!

these guys go out of their way to make sure the bots the provide are working properly and doing what they are supposed to. It is the first bot I've used that actually works without bans on twitch and kick. I honestly have loved using geminos, I 100% recommend

was told i had to redo my sub cus i chagned my card . and my old sub had not been paid . cus i changed my card . i resubed and low and behold i have been charged twitch i have put ticket in and am waiting but this is not good for them cus i will get my money back one way or the other rather thew them or threw my card its self and the harder they make it for me to fix what they did here will deside if i stay at all of if i tell eveyone about a better place

Works flawlessly 90% of the time and when it doesn’t they communicate why and tend to fix things as quickly as possible.

You want my honest opinion about this service. Where do I start well first off the service works.. I guess I don't need say anything else XD I could also tell you that I been using the service for a year, on multiple accounts. Yes the service sometimes drops but all you have to do is open a ticket and the very friendly support stuff will message you and they always get it fix and working again. Let's say they push a update or twitch change stuff And the service wasn't able to be used they compensate you for time lost. I have used many services and even built my own services and Gemino is still hands down the best.. 5 star all day highly recommend.. well I don't got much more too say...

A scam, the service does not work properly, they do not deliver what you hire, when you write to them everything is bad words, threats and promises of updates that do not arrive like the chatbot

Support is non existant, asked for custom package from start of 1 month sub, halfway though my sub the admin is still "afk" wasting my money. dont bother
the chatbot is also not as good as it sounds.

3) the interface is easy to use (one of the best one) you can make changes during your stream also.
4) If you have any problems I recommend you join their discord and talk to their friendly support.
geminos.io has all my trust and support I recommend it 100% since Jemkein is doing an excellent job there.

Worked for 1 Month and now getting only empty promisses. Over 3 Month there were promised that it work.
