I recently had my Ford Kuga repaired by the Gemini Stourbridge Branch through my insurance.
The service was excellent. My car was collected by a very professional team Jeff and Martin. They arrived bang on time and my car was delivered back again by them at the time they said they would. I was very impressed that the whole process from A to B was so straightforward and much quicker and easier than I imagined.
The bumper I had repaired looked like new, I was really pleased
and the efficient turnaround time definitely saved me money on extra car hire.
I would definitely use Gemini Accident Repair Stourbridge again.

Initially I was told my car would be repaired. It was towed away at such short notice I didn't have to to remove any personal items. When it arrived at the unit I was told it was a complete write off and they couldn't repair it, I then made a request regarding going up to retrieve personal items. They offered to deliver the car back to me and said they'd "get in contact with me" however after chasing it up days later I was told the car had already been taken to the salvage merchants.

My car was booked in for a touch up on the back panel on Wednesday 3rd April 2024 and was ready for Friday 5th April. I am very satisfied with the work carried out at the Rotherham branch all the staff involved were very polite and courteous(great customer service).

I had contact with Maria from the repair centre and Paul who collected and delivered my car; both were efficient, professional and very easy to talk to.They both did everything they could to help me to make the process simple and easy.

Don’t use this company. They are big fraud. I was with them for last 3years end up huge legal bills. I will put further details later what has happened to my claim but for the sake of your family stay away from them .

As always I'm willing to give credit where it's due. The level of service I received at the Worcester center was without fault from start to finish. Staff at all levels carried out the work required in a efficient speedy fashion. The work carried out in one day. Car picked up and delivered on time.

Excellent communication throughout the process, when I had a couple of questions they were extremely helpful and when I discovered that my locking wheelnut was missing (maybe their fault, maybe my fault) instead of arguing the toss with me they just found a mobile locksmith to remove and replace them and didn't charge me anything - they really made the whole experience so much easier

My daughters car was repaired here , took longer than expected but all seamed fine, Then we had the rain, the back of the car was soaked , really soaked, she informed the garage who then said to drop it in to them and they had a look and agreed the seals needed replacing and they would order them, that was around November apparently they are still waiting on the seal. Her insurance has spoken to them 3 times and told them to call her but nothing.
She has a baby where the car seat is in the back so everything is now damp and this morning with the really cold weather the inside of her card was frozen,, not good conditions to have a baby in the car but she has not choice . This is just not acceptable, now looking in to reporting to trading standards.

Their shoddy work was failed by an independent assessor.
Was made to use this place due to a 3rd party hitting our car and admitting full fault.
the job they done was terrible upon inspectyion. Bubbles in all of the paintwork, parts not re-attached properly.
I gave them 2 attempts to rectify the work and lost my patience when Ian the manager was patronising and rude to my wife. His words were 'We're doing nothing else, this is what we call commercially viable quality work" - Yeah sure Ian. ;-)
I insisted on an independent inspection where the assessor took one look at the bubbles in the paint and immediately failed the work.
I'm now taking the car to BMW to have it done properly.
Wasted 7 weeks back and forth with this joke of a company

My insurance company arranged for Gemini to repair my car after it was damaged by a third party. The process was super simple and everyone I spoke to was a credit to the company. They kept me up to date throughout the process and the resulting work on the car was fantastic - excellent service.

My insurance company appointed Gemini ARC to repair my car to which I have been waiting for nigh on two weeks and there is still no indication as to when they will get around to picking up my car or whether I will get a courtesy car which I should be entitled to receive.
I have had to do makeshift repairs to my car just so I can get to and from work on a daily basis ☹️

Received great satisfaction with every item of my car repair. From initial Telephone call on the day that I reported the incident to the Insurance company I was given a repair date and was constantly updated on the progress of repair. The car was returned in an immaculate clean condition, looking like new.
