What a bunch of cowboys!! My car went in with a very small dent to a rear door, after several days of "work" it was returned, with the same dent still present. Then the driver, suddenly became short of sight, and couldn't see the dent! I was then told that they had fixed and painted several dents, which was a lie, as the car was immaculate and only a few months old, and had only one dent, which hadn't been touched. The car went back and after only a few hours, had a painless dent removal. They had clearly fabricated work to enlarge the insurance bill. Outrageous!! I have informed the insurance company of the games and fraudulent work they claimed to have carried out. Avoid

Cowboys Gemini Accident Repair Merry Hill!
My car needed an alloy refurbishment and a re spray to remove the scratch due to someone cutting me up in a road accident. Gemini Accident repair took my car for a week. They returned my vehicle at such a terrible standard, I would not recommend their services to anyone I know, or would even come across during trivial conversation.
I called to state that I was not happy with the poor workmanship. This was not considered, as I had to call and demanded to speak to the manger. Eventually I managed to speak to him and state my frustration and loss of trust I have in the business. He stated that he would contact me.
Three weeks later, I still had not received a call back to state the day of collection and confirmation of a loan car, during the 7 days my car would be with Gemini Accident Repair. Someone on the phone fobbed me off by stating that they have tried to contact me. When I checked the contact details they had for me, they very much matched my current contact number: I received no missed calls and no voicemails! I was told that my car would be collected a week later, and a loan car would be with me for the duration.
After having their loan car (a 20 plate Vauxhall Corsa -DS20 ZNX), I realised something wasn’t right. For one journey the car would be perfectly fine, another journey the car would lack power. I’m assuming it a fuel injector issue, clogged fuel filter, turbo issue, or an engine management issue (which is quite surprising for a vehicle that is 2/3 years old - as my own is only 2 years old and has no issues?). It was a journey from hell from the other side of the West Midlands, it’s was journey that should have been 20 minutes. I could not dare go onto the motorways. I had to constantly shift from 1st-2nd-3rd-1st-2nd gear to gain some form of power, with my hazard lights on for a 20-30 minute journey. Whilst being on national speed limit roads, that were pitch black with my mother. God forbid I broke down, as there is no recovery number to contact if I did break down. I made it explicit clear to the member of staff I spoke to on the phone, but clearly they have no empathy at Gemini Accident Repair Merry Hill.
I contacted Gemini Accident Repairs Merry Hill twice about this, but they seemed reluctant to replace the car. The first time I called it was ten minutes before closing. The male representative seemed attentive. However I am unsure the message was passed on. As I called two days later. Apparently around 15:28, they were struggling to get cars out of their area. Myself and Gemini Accident Repair are within completely different post codes, yet they are still within the West Midlands, and ultimately a stone throw away from my home. If a customer is calling twice about a clear issue with your vehicle, that you “should have” quality assured before proving it as a loan vehicle to a customer, something is wrong with this establishment!
If I knew I was going to be presented with this shoddy workmanship and diabolical customer service, I would have refused this recommended repairer from Liverpool Victoria Car Insurance! More than anything I would have forced them to have my vehicle fixed with my main dealer, at their cost.
I am currently waiting for my vehicle to be returned to me. I’m hoping the workmanship is top notch the second time round, or I will be communicating with the Financial Ombudsman for both Gemini Accident Repair Merry Hill and Liverpool Victoria for their terrible workmanship, customer service and recommendation.

Whilst the repair itself has been carried out well it took 8 days to pick car up, quoted13 days to carry out repair which the collection driver said should take 3-4 days, so 23 days in total from date of accident.3 broken delivery promises with vague excuses for the delay. Unfortunately as I am insured with LV without paying £200 I was not able to get the repair done at my own trusted garage

Gemini Worcester was personally recommended for body work on my car. Had a very warm welcome, all staff are genuinely happy & want to help, work was quoted to be a week & was finished on the third day, to a very high standard. I was kept informed whilst the work was undertaken & when collecting the handover was seemless. The car had been washed & valleted which was a huge bonus. I would highly recommend this business (& have already) they provide the whole package, thank you Gemini Worcester!

Really pleased with service from all staff who kept me updated almost daily.
My car a Toyota chr hybrid was picked up on arranged time and date and returned today as arranged it had been washed and polished before return.
Repair was great bit of a delay with parts required but thats down to the supplier not gemini.

Car was taken for repair on a no fault insurance claim through Markerstudy (who are AWFUL, but that's irrelevant here.)... Gemini were extremely quick and professional from start to finish. My car has parts not massively available and I was warned that this process could take a long time. After coming to my house and leaving a free courtesy car, I was updated on progress Via text a couple of times, then just 5 working days later, they called to say work was complete. The next day they returned my car in absolute PERFECT showroom condition... Extremely impressed.

Car booked in after parts were recieved on my insistance, this took two attempts as not all parts ordered as they wanted to glue broken parts of my vehicle !! Booking cancelled the day before due in because no courtesy car, rebooked only to be cancelled again this went on for 3 months, evenutally i involved my insurance company and the car went in, after 1 day they said it was fixed except for one thing, 3 weeks later I went to collect the car only to find still damaged, they repaired again badly. I took the car away and am getting it sorted elsewhere.

I can only describe my experience and dealings with gemini as horrendous
The first time my car was " fixed " it came back to me with nails in 2 tyres and still dents to door apparently it sunk in furnace so why send the car back to me
It went back to be brought back to me again with scratches to wing and front bumper that was not there before and still dents in door the car returned again to be rectified
On collecting a third time even more damage was noted the ariel mount loose damage to passenger door paint chipped on door moulding / skirt and moulding on back panal loose which they stuck back on however glue has expelled the mould and left unsightly glue over paint work
Every time the cars been in to fix its come out with more damage
Hire car they provided during times they rectifying work was not fit for purpose or matched size of my car leaving me unable to get childs wheelchair in the car to transport her to and from school
Iys been an absolute nightmare situation and still not sorted

Absolutely brilliant Rotherham branch. They were very informative keeping me up to date on car repairs and very apologetic on parts delay which wasn't even their fault. Its just the way it is now. Everyone from the man who delivered my courtesy car, person who rang me about repairs and Sam the woman who kept me informed were courteous informative and very professional. Thank you everyone concerned in looking after my car went I was upset that someone had maliciously damaged it. There are still lovely considerate people in this World. They even noticed some damage that we had not seen. Car came back spotless and repairs all good
My insurance company instructed Gemini to repair my car after an accident. I’d read some very negative reviews so I was a bit nervous about giving them my car. They were very busy so it was two weeks after the accident before they could give me a slot, which was a bit annoying. My car was picked up on the agreed day and at the agreed time. They had my car for two weeks and kept me informed during this time. They returned my car on the agreed day. There was a minor problem, which was rectified very quickly. The repairs were completed to a very high standard. Apart from the delay in picking my car up, I’m delighted with all aspects of my dealings with Gemini. Ps. I dealt with the Glasgow repair centre.
This company are outstanding in everything they do .They repaired my car and even cleaned it I was very well pleased it was worked on and it was that good you couldn't tell ,it was perfect thankyou guys you did a fab job .Even the drivers who fetched my car they was so polite and professional . That evening I had noticed that the wheel balancing needed slight adjustment along with the lane assist sensor and the team picked the car up the following day and repaired it on the same day.

Second round of “ no fault” insurance work to my TT .
Second excellent experience with GeminiARC. Great telephone and IT comms. Staff are informed articulate and always helpful. Special mentions for Darren, Mandy and Ian at Kettering branch for what felt like extra special care but I suspect is their normal-always look after the customer. I’d given them Gold Stars and recommend with absolute confidence. Thank you all for putting my TT back in my hands a second time.
Sad to see so many complaints at other branches. However, my experience with Gemini Nottingham branch was excellent and they went well above and beyond my expectations!
Especially John, who was very kind, calm, well organised, had faultless communication skills and arranged the seamless delivery of my immaculate courtesy car to my workplace and retrieved my damaged car at the same time. All within a two-hour window as promised. This meant that I didn’t need to take any time off from work.
Sadly, my car was written off post-accident, as an uneconomic repair, but thanks to John, knowing that I wanted my car back to repair it myself, he saved it from the scrap man, who’d been sent by the insurers to collect it. Even though my insurers knew I wanted to keep it!
If it hadn’t have been for Gemini, I wouldn’t have even known that it had been written off at all, and would have lost my vehicle forever! As the insurance company still hasn’t officially communicated this to me, even now, some 11 days post-accident!
Will, who collected the courtesy car and returned my car, was also lovely, and arrived exactly when stated.
Although Gemini were not actually involved in my vehicle repair, I really can’t fault their customer service, timekeeping, organisational skills, flexibility, communication and invaluable knowledge and help in saving my beloved car from being crushed!
