Gelatide Drops Reviews 

I purchased Gelatide on March 2nd. I want to request a refund but the phone number they gave me is disconnected. The product does not work. I did not lose weight. They should be sued for false advertisement. I bought one bottle and they gave me one free. It is not worth 120.00 which is what I spent.

Update: I never got the 2nd half of my refund as promised. I called them again, & they tried to tell me that I wouldn't get the refund because it was outside the warranty, & the person actually hung up on me! I called again. This time I got an email saying the refund has been processed, but it will again take 7-10 business days to get it! Only time will tell IF I actually get the refund!
This product did NOT work at all - no weight loss, no increased energy, etc! It has nothing to do with the "gelatin trick". My offer included a 180 day money back guarantee. I called about a refund 65 days after receiving the product. I was told there was only a 60 day guarantee (what the website now says). I argued (luckily I had printed the 180 day guarantee & told them that), so they finally said they would issue 1/2 the refund then & the remaining balance would be refunded after they received the product. I was told to include my order number inside the package to ensure they could process the refund, which I did. According to the post office tracking number, it was delivered to an individual (not just left at the door) on 02/17/26. As of 03/11/26 (22 days later), I still have not received the refund. I called again today & they will now process the refund. When I asked why it wasn't processed sooner, I was told that they don't process the refund until the customer calls them with the return tracking number, but I was NEVER told that prior to today! Since they had all my information, including the order number, there is absolutely NO reason I should have had to call them again with the return tracking number. I'm sure they do that, knowing that many people forget to follow up & never make that additional call! I will diligently watch for the remaining refund! What a rip off!!!

This was a complete rip off...I paid $396 for 8 bottles of this crap....I am allergic to green tea and didn't realize it had that in it ..the refund policy was a joke and I could only recover half of the money..an expensive lesson for me!!!!!!

I received a box of 6 gelatide 2 oz bottles. My total cost $346. There are no legible ingredients or instructions on the bottle and no instructions came with the package. I was drawn in by the Dr. Oz video which I've since learn is a fraud. I've requested a refund and I'm going back and forth with "Sarah Williams" who I am beginning to think is a chat box. I've provided my order number numerous times and each response will ask me, what is your order number, very robotic responses. Very frustrated. This is a SCAM. Do not fall for this! ldantin

I was scammed too out of over $300. Used for a month. Nothing. Throwing it all away. Not going to be bothered and frustrated by trying to get my money back. Just hope no one else gets scammed from these people ever again. And yes, shame on Dr. Oz and all the names associated with this product.

Your a scam and that crap makes you sick. Can I get some refund?

Gelatide is a total scam. I used it for 30 days and did not lose a single pound. I should have read the reviews before I purchased, that was my big mistake. When I asked for a refund, they gave me all these excuses such as $14.95 return shipping label, 20% restocking fee, and they would only "inspect" the remaining 5 bottles I had (I used on) and would not refund me for the one I used. They offered me a % refund which I ended up taking. I haven't received the refund yet but lets see if I do. This is the worst scam company, please don't fall for it like I did.

This product was a scam. I'm usually not fooled but this got me. I've been trying to contact company to send back for refund and have not gotten a response. I only ordered because they said money back guarantee. They better answer me soon or I will join class action.

This company is selling a product that has nothing to do with gelatin or the "Gelatin Trick". They are delaying refunding my money, and insisting on an order number they never included in the invoice. Please tell the District Attorney about this SCAM.

Just an update on returning my bottles. Because they were unopened they refunded me the full amount that I paid, 340.24. If you use them then you will not get a full refund. That I understand. Whether these pills work is different.

Scam and impossible to get a refund. They give you the runaround.

Customer service is terrible as a kept trying to make me deal so I would not Return the product. Finally, I had to pay return shipping and it said that they take out a 20% restocking fee, which was never mentioned before as there was 100% guarantee given from the video.

Next, I would like to say that their marketing goes way overboard as people don’t lose the weight that they claim they lose in the period of time that they do. People that took Gelatide and ate barely anything, lost weight very slowly. Not the 3 pounds a day or the 15 pounds in 20 days or be careful because you may lose weight so fast that you won’t have any clothes to wear. That is all BS and it worked for me until I tried it and read the other reviews. Please do not waste your money on this company. You will be sorry.

Gelatide is a HUGE SCAM! Don't fall for it. The celebrities they used to endorse the product NEVER endorsed it. AI generated deep fakes! ALL LIES. DO NOT BUY! They don't answer their phones when you try to return the product. I did get through on a phone number someone posted online, but they gave me the runaround after asking me to keep the merchandise and promising to send a refund equal to 20% of what I paid. Cartpanda also asked how I got the number and when I tried calling back the next day, the number no longer works. Wow! I can't believe I fell for this joke of a product and false advertising! They're making so much money and laughing their way to the bank on our dimes!

I went to the Walmart website where you can get 2 bottles for $20. I listened to "Dr Oz" presentation. AI is used against us! Reminder to research before giving anyone your hard earned money. I have learned this the hard way!

Gelatide is a scam. Shame on Dr Oz for backing it. He gets his money but the consumer gets NO results. And when you try to return they won't take back the product or refund $$$$.

Absolute scam. Was charged for more than I ordered. Sent many emails to customer support to cancel. They wouldn’t cancel. I got the order a week later and did try it for a week. Absolute placebo. I emailed to get a refund as it states on their site. NO responses to my many emails. Obviously they have no intention of ever making it right. Heed my warning, DO NOT fall for it!

Have gained weight not lost it. Very disappointed.

Well, after over $300.00 and three months of taking Gelatide, I haven't lost any weight. Desperate people, like me, DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAM!
