The sign in process and filling out forms before appointments is an ongoing circle that never ends. First you do it at home thinking you're ahead of the game. THEN you get to the facility and you have to DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN. THIS IS RIDICULOUS A WASTE OF TIME FOR THE PATIENT!! I ALSO OFTEN RECEIVE MAIL WITH DIRECTIONS TO MY ZOOM APPT A REAL WASTE OF PAPER....
