Legit company, runs small

Placed order on the 10th, order arrived on the 22nd. They are sent out to be custom printed when you order unless you’ve chosen a ready-to-ship item. The print on the fabric is very sharp, looks exactly as advertised. The fitted women’s shirts are flattering, but run small. There is no way I’ll ever be able to button them across my chest- order at least one size up. The fabric is thin, polyester, and has a plastic, costume, feel to it. I’m not exchanging them for a larger size- I’ll just wear them open over a t-shirt and know better next time.

We appreciate your honest feedback and are glad to hear your order arrived on time and that you found the print quality sharp and true to the images.

Regarding the fabric — we completely understand how it might feel different from what you expected. Our shirts are made using a high-quality synthetic blend specifically designed for sublimation printing. This process is the only way to achieve the kind of full-coverage, high-definition artwork you see in our designs. No other printing method can reproduce these colors or all-over effects on a wearable garment.

Because sublimation ink chemically bonds to synthetic fibers, heavy cotton or thicker natural fabrics simply cannot be printed this way — the ink won’t absorb or stay vibrant. We’ve worked hard to find the ideal balance between comfort, color depth, and structure. Any thicker material would cause cracking, fading, or visible white stretch lines in the artwork — results that most customers find far less desirable.

We truly appreciate you recognizing that the design looks as advertised, and we hope that understanding the technical side of sublimation helps put the material choice into perspective. We’re proud to be one of the only made-to-order brand with these types of products offering a clear return and exchange policy, and we’ll always stand behind the quality of what we create.

Mahalo for supporting a small business and the artists behind our prints.

Sizes vary wildly, good customer service

I go between a men's L and XL, so I ordered four shirts in an XL to be safe. When they arrived, they were so small I couldn't button them around my waist, even though they were marked XL. They did give me replacements in a 2X once I'd returned the originals, and were super polite and helpful. But the shirts that arrived are enormous, like mumus on me. I don't know if there was an error the first time, but it seems like their sizing is totally random.

The material isn't great, but it does look good and the colors are strong.

We appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear our team was able to assist you promptly and provide replacements.

After reviewing our records, we confirmed that the original shirts returned were checked for accuracy, as we do with every exchange, and the sizing was correct according to our published size chart. It seems likely that your measurements fall between two sizes, which can make finding the right fit more challenging—especially with fitted button-ups designed to taper through the waist.

We're always happy to help customers and we wish we’d had the chance to assist you further after you have received your replacements.

We appreciate you recognizing our service and print quality, and we’ll continue to refine our sizing guidance to make future orders even easier.

Mahalo for supporting our small business and artist community.

Saddened by the quality of fabric

I was quite surprised and disappointed at the quality of the shirts ordered - the print is crisp and clear, but the fabric is a very thin, slippery four-way-stretch polyester. It feels like the kind of fabric you might expect fancy dress costumes to be made of, and hangs on the body shapeless, flat, but somehow oddly noisy to wear. Swishes as you move.

All the photos on the website clearly try and make the shirts look crisp, structured and smart, but they are shiny and slippery, stretchy, puckering a little around the hems. Printed on the outside, white on the inside. I can't imagine why anyone would knowingly choose to wear this fabric and, were the photos on the website a bit more realistic a representation, I wouldn't have considered buying them.

The website states that you can return unworn, unwashed items for a refund on any 'ready-to-ship' items, but not their "made-to-order" items. But every item seems to be "made-to-order", so there are no refunds.

The shirts were not unreasonably expensive, and delivery was fairly fast, but the packaging has a sticker on it stating that you have to have video of the package being opened to make any 'future product claims'. Had this been stated anywhere on their website I would have avoided purchasing from them.

If you're just looking for a bit of fancy dress, or something for a theme party, or a festival, then I guess these shirts might be fine. They've got arms and collars and buttons.

We'd bought shirts for our wedding. It's very disappointing to have thrown away £70 and be back to trying to find something that I wouldn't be embarrassed to be seen wearing.

Terrible quality, no returns

Terrible quality for the price. They also put a sticker on all their packages requiring you to take a video of yourself opening the package to prove defects (massive red flag). They also don't accept returns, surprise. Buyer beware!

We’re genuinely sorry to hear about your experience. It’s disheartening to know that we didn’t have the opportunity to address your concerns before you submitted your review on a platform where we don't have any presence. It’s also disappointing to see that you seem to submit reviews only when you are dissatisfied. We sincerely hope that you will consider giving companies a chance to address your concerns before leaving negative feedback.

We’re dedicated to ensuring our customers are satisfied and would have been more than happy to help you through any issues you were facing. We're a small business that began on Etsy in 2021 where we achieved 4.9/5.0 stars and we’re proud that we are able to currently maintain 4.8/5.0 stars across Google, Meta Shop (Facebook & Instagram), Shop (Shopify), and Loox (directly on our site).

There is nothing in our policy requiring video proof for any claims, and we are currently printing in the highest quality possible for our clothing within the limitations of sublimation printing. We hope you’ll understand and consider reaching out to us as we cannot locate your order based on your username.
