Very nice tech guy...but not ready for the job to bring Starlink into the house. Was charged for 2.5 hrs but was there less than 2 hrs. Left without aligning starlink, so it doesn't work. Called company and they said they'd charge to make Starlink work...the very job I pad them $340 to do. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

This company is a total scam. 6 months ago I had trouble login to my Norton 360. I was told by a phone call thinking it was Norton that the IP address had been hacked. They then put me through to GEETHECPRO they said people had hacked my IP address. They cleared it up and it cost £180.00 this cover was for 2 years with 6 monthly checks free of charge. The 6 monthly check came and the locked my screen until I paid them money. They said th FBI had lock my screen. They wanted £999.00 to unlock it. I put the phone down realising I had been scammed. The phone back 1 hour later offering to unlock the computer for £180.00. Knowing could do nothing not even contact Norton I accepted their offer also knowing if I took the computer to a shop they would charge me and maybe unable to unlock it anyway. They unlocked it computer back to normal. I contacted Norton and the they performed a forensic diagnostic and power earnest. Nothing wrong with computer. The just lock my screen until I paid money. I am angry with myself everything is back normal and computer is run fast and smooth. PLEASE DONT HAVE ANY DEALINGS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

I hired this company to clean up my computer so I could get my Gmail account back. Gmail hijacked my account and asked for storage fees of $1.99 a month. I’ve never seen that before and did not want to purchase a new computer yet as I’m waiting for the new AI computers to come out.

I felt like they did absolutely nothing for the $200 they tried billing me $225 and I told him I wasn’t going to pay that and he gave me a $25 discount and I should not have paid that! Definitely a scam! Gmail took my account again as of October 5 and want more money for storage this time as I canceled the last storage I bought from them!
Google is a problem company too and I’ve reported them to the FTC for taking my email account now for a third time! They are hijacking my account for storage fees of $1.99 a month even though I deleted a ton of photos and a ton of my emails!

Please don’t use this company! Do not trust them with your computer! They are unethical! I’m surprised they’re still around and haven’t changed their name!

This company is a total scam should be investigated. They leave emails to you stating that they are charging your credit card when you never had any business with them whatsoever. This is a scam to get you to investigate through their site and they gather all information from you to your banking information.

This is the worse company ever!!! I purchased a package for 2 years. The first time they cleaned my computer was great BUT then it went downhill for there. Everytime I called to get my computer cleaned it took over 2 hours. Then they tried to tell me that I had a trojan virus, which they wanted to charge me more money. They take control of your computer and you have no ideal what they are getting into or doing. My system still runs slow after supposedly cleaned it. SAVE YOUR MONEY & GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Scam! Our computer screen blacked out and we were provided a phone number, supposedly through Microsoft, to fix it. Of course it was a scam artist and we handed over $499 on our credit card so they could fix the problem that they created. Scam scam, scam. We canceled our credit cards and challenge the charge on our credit card bill. Stay away.

After my awful experience with these people who take your money, con you into getting a yearly contract and returning an item in worse condition it was when you took it in for service, I cannot stop thinking that all those who left a 5-star commentary were paid to do so or work for the company,

The billed me and Didnt fix my issue. Then a couple months later they tried to charge me again. Stay away

They were expert at cleaning up my computer issues, though I overpaid for Webroot after I checked pricing online.

I spent hours with them - it took about three hours for them to fix a printer issue, and about 20 minutes to install some expensive software they persuaded me to buy. I felt like I was being scammed the whole time. I told them so. They went into hyper-drive to convince me they are legit and bringing their "God" into the conversation trying to humiliate me for thinking such of them. When I called back to cancel the person in "billing" got outraged. It's sad that they get you on the phone and tie up it and your computer and tell you not to use any of your devices while they are working, so that was you can't search to see if they are legit or not. Sleek. They have got every niche figured out. I hope that the FTC will shut them down to spare others. If it walks like a duck....

I have done business with Geeks Tech Pro for several years and am an active customer. They have serviced my account effectively and professionally regardless of whatever technician I have worked with. Lately, Charlie Smith has provided incredibly helpful service to me . He has been a lifesaver.

I had a very difficult problem and the people at Geeks Tech Pro (Jim Harper and Lara Jean) were very patient and helpful to solving my problem. They were VERY patient and very knowledgeable with their work. I thank them very much. GPC

I love the amazing geeks techs everytime I have a problem with my computer and it runs slow or acts up on me they are there for me. They give great service everytime I need them.

I have been using Geeks Tech Pro LLC for several years and I don't know what I would do without them. I am only partly tech-savvy, so I don't understand a lot of this, but Geeks are always there to fix things for me. I think they are wonderful. They are polite and friendly and patient. They never make me feel that I am stupid and always manage to make things right.

The contact email for geekstechpro.com does not exist. I have tried to contact them to get e refund of my service fee. They have charged me twice for their service. I called all three of their contact numbers with no HELP. I called their so called premium number 1-866-390-0722 with no answer. The other two numbers 1800-454-0083 and 1-844-390-0722 were answered by their tech support person, the same person on both numbers. I explained my situation and was told that I would receive a call from the billing dept. and have not heard from any one. When I called and asked for the billing dept. I was told they were not open yet.
This is a scam company.
I was connected to them through HP Help after experiencing a simple printer connection issue.
They have no active contact info. and their domain name and email ( geekstechprollc.com)does not exist.
DON'T USE THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM. DONT GIVE THEM ACCESS TO YOUR COMPUTER BY SCREEN SHARING. ONCE THEY ARE IN YOU DONT KNOW WHAT DAMAGE THEY CAN DO.

This company is a scam. Do not trust them and do NOT give them any money. They hack into other websites impersonating that they are helpers on other sites and take your money. Give you nothing.
