Great service, at a price, but worth paying for in comparison
efficient, trustworthy, reliable, not cheap but worth it. Spent 3 hours beforehand with an online remote control pc support company Askmehelp.com who were complete rubbish, charlatans in comparison.
Jason unravelled their mess and left within the hour.

A Bit Pricey, but Excellent Service
I admit they are a bit pricey, but I chose them because they had good reviews online. The service was excellent, and I felt I was being treated like a person, not an annoying, ignorant, old fool! The problem turned out to be one the technician had never come across, so it was a real challenge for him, but he worked really hard to sort it.
