Geek Online Llc is GREAT

Geek Online Llc is GREAT! I am an elderly lady and not really computer literate. Geek Online Llc will log into your computer and clean it up and fix whatever issues/problems you are having. I have used them several times and their staff is just wonderful-they speak clearly and slowly and explain the issues in a manner you can understand. Reccommended without any reservations!!!!

Feeling very insecure.

It took two day of uninterrupted access to my computer to resolve an issue that seemed to me to be rather minor.
Shortly after the work was done, however, I received notification that someone in a foreign country had used my Apple ID to register a new machine. I then received notification from Norton that several or my passwords had been posted on the dark web.
I immediately changed all my passwords and then raised the issue with Geek Online. I expected a supervisor would review the work of the technician and get back to me. What I got, a few days later, was a call from the original tech who tried to assure me that he had done noting wrong.
The saga continues, however. Changing all my passwords caused a few things on my computer to no longer work properly so I took it to a local tech with a sterling reputation. He was able to fix some of the problems but not all. Then a few days later I noticed that someone had without my permission again remotely accessed my computer and I couldn't find any way to stop them. Oddly after this everything on my computer returned to proper operation.
I'm concerned that there now is something embedded in my computer that allows someone unbridled access. Where it came from I can't be sure but more importantly the local tech's can't find it to remove it or know what to do about it.
It occurs to me that if this hacker manages to capture my new Apple ID they could conceivably, through that also get my phone and email message which would allow them to reset my passwords and clean out all my accounts.
Who can I trust to fix this issue. Feeling very Insecure.
