I ordered the 18inch baby face framers in the shade chocolate. I was worried about the colour but I asked my hairdresser for her advice and I also looked at all of their social media content which helped me to decide. The colour blends perfectly into my hair. Delivery was quick and communication has been great. I love the little bag to keep my hair in. I thought this was a really lovely touch. I felt like I was receiving something special, even though I only ordered the baby framers. I also got a small colour sample, so I could check the colour match before opening (great idea) and I got a hanger to hang them up and 2 extra clips! Excellent product and service. Thanks so much x

I love my new clip in face framers! I wanted volume rather than length for my bob to help fill in where my hair has thinned at the sides post-kids. They are a good price point, the ideal size to fill the area I needed and comfortable to wear. I was colour matched with the Toasted shade which blends in perfectly, I was pleasantly surprised it was such a good match. Just wish I'd found them sooner! Order #21297

Swatch quality and choice
I have long, fine hair and I don’t want to sacrifice the length but I would like some light fullness; I ordered three swatches and I was amazed at the shade quality and hair quality, one sample was the perfect match and my natural hair has a red undertone so I was also impressed at such a instant match. I’ve never tried extensions before, and I’m happy to see choice in multi weight options at the longer lengths, also light and mid thickness too. Ordering my extensions now!! Order #20850

If I could leave 0 stars for customer service, I would!!! This is my second review on here because I can’t find my first review (I want to make sure they see this and anyone else considering this brand!).
I placed an order for extensions and quickly realized I ordered the wrong length. I emailed EXACTLY 20min after placing my order to request either a cancellation or a replacement of what I actually needed. However, no one replied to my email until AFTER my order had already shipped DAYS LATER. The email said once I received my order, I could return it within 14 days unopened for a full refund. Then, I placed ANOTHER order for the hair I actually needed, totalling $900!!!!! I went to return the hair I did not want, and it cost MORE than the hair itself, so I reached out to Gee asking to pay the $35 shipping for a return label like I paid when they sent it originally. Again…they did not respond to my email at all, and for so long that my email app sent me a follow-up reminder asking if I wanted to contact them again because of no response.
Ironically, I got an automated email from them asking me to rate my experience, and when I went to the reviews section, I noticed all 1-star reviews are deleted! I left a 1-star review anyway, and they emailed me (automated) with the subject line “we'll make this right,” but the email was condescending, passive-aggressive, and rude with ZERO customer support effort AT ALL! They said that they did email me back, and it probably went to my spam folder and “copied” the original email, which was just italicized wording of the same thing they said before about returning it to my post office 14 days unopened for a refund. Did not even acknowledge the fact that the return shipping would cost MORE than the hair itself. Why would I pay $200 for nothing at all? Make it make sense?! Not to mention, we are now past the 14-day return period through no fault of my own, as I made multiple attempts to contact them within the return window and did not receive timely responses.
All of this could have been avoided if ANYONE on their customer support team had checked their emails (which I also contacted on WhatsApp multiple times for a reply of, 'I have to email support'). I would understand if I emailed days later saying I needed to amend my order, but I emailed TWENTY MINUTES AFTER. The confirmation email even states if you need to cancel or amend your original order to email asap but they shouldn’t even add that in the email because THEY DON'T REPLY!
I am just a middle-class mom of 4 kids who is going through perimenopause and wanted to regain some self-esteem because my hair is thinning. You would think with a female owner, “Joy,” they would be more helpful or understanding, but no. Instead, they had time to process my payment, pack my hair from a warehouse, create a shipping label that cost $35, and mail out my order before even checking the email minutes later, asking to change the order.
THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE! I have never in my 37 years of being on this Earth experienced a company so useless when it comes to customer service as I have with Gee Hair! They DO NOT care about their customers at all!! I spent almost $1000, and it still wasn’t enough for them to think, “You know what? Our customer service isn’t the best, clearly, so let's do the right thing and let her pay for a reasonable return shipping label." That is VERY evident in all of the responses they have left on 1-star reviews on this website alone.
Find hair somewhere else because this isn’t it!
Update: Gee you’re still not understanding the issue is your response times and customer service skills. You even said it yourself: you reply as quickly as possible but you only have a small team so there’s no guarantee of when you will reply. HELLO DO YOU HEAR YOURSELF?!
Here’s a word of advice..if you have a “small team” and are unable to reply to responses within a timely manner maybe hire more employees so customers can have a fair experience when making luxury purchases to support YOUR BUSINESS instead of going on Amazon and giving money to bigger companies. However, that’s what I should have done because they have much more exceptional customer service skills than you all. STOP EMAILING ME WITH THE PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE COMMENTS. I said my piece it’s finished. Find someone else to harass when their “preferences don’t align with your policies,” because I can 100% guarantee there will be plenty more considered it seems you get a bad review at least once a day on there. Maybe that’s a sign to fix an issue within your company.. 🤔

When they arrived I thought they looked pretty thin and didn’t think they would make a difference but i was wrong they made a huge difference making my hair so much thicker looking and they’re so flat to your head so they’re invisible. I was impressed

I was debating between ordering my new set of extensions from Gee or another similar company and stupidly went for Gee. Their customer service team is non existent so if you do purchase from them, hope that nothing goes wrong with your order.
I am missing the swatch from my order so have no way of testing the colour shade to my hair - I have contacted Gee on all platforms they suggest on their website; WhatsApp, Instagram and email. I’ve only had responses from WhatsApp and Instagram direct just telling me to email them - it would have been quicker just to send me a new colour swatch! So instead I am still waiting for a response, no doubt they will respond to this review with their usual “we are a small team, trading for 10 years” - then do better Gee! Otherwise you won’t build you customer base any further. I now am so nervous about using this company , I just want a refund as they seem a bit scammy. I have again emailed them for a prepaid label as I shouldn’t have to pay for the return on an item they missed the swatch out off meaning I can’t test the hair… surprise surprise, no response.
*update - they finally emailed me back and the same as other reviews, no apology just really patronising and accused me of lying about when I contacted them. A simple sorry would have gone so far but they make you feel like an idiot. They have now also tried to get my review removed because I named other brands that people should order from. I have removed the name of the brands but my point still stands so resubmitting the review as they can’t just get away with removing bad reviews! A shame because the product is good but their customer service is poor

There was no instructions packaged either explaining there was no swatch available.

Amazing Customer Service- I accidentally wrote the wrong email address on my order which was quickly rectified via a message on WhatsApp. I then didn’t realise you need a signature when receiving next day delivery , again on WhatsApp I got a quick response where they kindly and promptly changed my address to my work address . Super excited to receive them tomorrow.

Ordered sample swatches initially to choose correct colour, then ordered face framers. They arrived well packaged and colour match was spot on. Great quality, so pleased with them.

Ordered a multiway weft and wore them daily for around 2-3 weeks, and I heat styled them around 5 times. After around 3 weeks, the quality was horrendous. Straggly / rat tail ends, knotting / matting together, look and feel dry, had to keep brushing them constantly so that they’d look ok. They were just horrible.
I emailed them to complain and they were so patronising and unhelpful. In the end, I settled on trying again with 25% off, as I decided that I wouldn’t heat style the next set. So, I got a new set and only used heatless curlers, and followed the aftercare to a T. After 6ish weeks, they’ve still gone to absolute shit. Again, dry, straggly, matting etc. Omg they are just AWFUL.
I’ve worn hair extensions daily for around 10 years and never have they gone bad this quickly, especially with NO HEAT?!
I’m in absolute shock and so angry as how much money I have wasted.
Oh also, they delete / don’t publish negative reviews on their website, hence I’ve come onto here.
